Every time I’ve been here it’s been mostly empty. The food is not gross, but not great. We’ve reliably been able to get seated, they have nice table activities for kids and a good kids menu. It’s a great place to bring the kids when you just need a place to go and welcoming staff where you won’t bother anyone or worry about getting a seat. Kitchen is very efficient.

Highly do not recommend. I tried this place to give it a shot. My food was horrible. My soda was flat as possible, very dirty food in the booth I was in and uninviting. Took 45 minutes to get my food. My steak was cremated, should have came with an urn. I asked for medium and came out small as can be and chard to all hell. Still made me pay for the flat soda and drink, horrible! Do not come here

First off the reception I got was splendid. Stopping here with my wife and my baby was definitely a great choice. With the atmosphere and serene nature my baby who was fuzzy for the most part of the morning just became all chill staring at the lights and all. Definitely a 5 star experience.

My daughter and I stopped in for dinner while we were in town. Our server Jenna was professional, honest, and attentive. The food tasted great we had the farmers market pizza. We both ordered a selzer and that was good.

The reason I went to UNO Pizzeria & Grill today because I recently had leftover potato pizza someone had given me and was good however the food I was served today was cold and barely warm. The mini cheese burgers were cold. The french onion soup was warm. The french fries were definitely sitting or off someone’s plate that didn’t eat them. The peperoni pizza was warm and crust was hard. The salad was actually pretty good. The restaurant was dingy and dirty. I didn’t notice on the way in but even the front door was filthy. Even trash around the building. Also I never received silverware and had to wait till the server finally returned and again waited for napkins. Then waited to pay. I read some of the reviews people gave five stars and find it hard to believe this place is five stars. I would try UNO again just not this location. I luckily didn’t get sick. I wish I had notice the filthy door going in and could had enjoyed a lunch somewhere else.

Staff was kind, and there was plenty of available seating. The food was good and service was fast and accurate. This was my first experience at an Uno’s in years and years and it was very good. The deep dish Chicago style pizza is very good, don’t expect to have more than a piece or two as it’s incredible filling.
