I hade the calzone, it was amazing. My review is based of this order, the calzone had a puffy dough with cheese, onion, mushroom and a side of tomato soup. It was the best i have ever had, great service aswell

The food was very good. We asked for water, but the waiter forgot (probably). We asked again and it took him ages to bring us water, but eventually we got it. Also, when we asked to split the bill, the waiter rushed off and then came back and split the bill on half, which is not what we wanted, we wanted that each pays what they had, we didn’t mind much, but it’s a bit weird not to ask, and to make the girl pay more than what she had.

I had the tagliatelle alla peppe, which was served cold after a long wait for mains and when they gave me it back a second time after heating it up… it was warm at best. The pasta itself lacked taste and the sauce was oily, I would not recommend ordering this. The house white wine was also cheap and nasty. Our waiter was constantly on his phone and although he was apologetic about the food being cold he was in no rush to sort it out.

Visited on a holiday to Durham and was not disappointed. Firstly, the meal sizes were huge and great value for money. The atmosphere was nice. The staff member who served us was quite blunt but it didn’t really bother us, we were there for the food not a chat. Overall, a good dining experience with tasty food.

My partner and I had a lovely lunch here while holidaying in Durham. The food was delicious and served quickly. The server was so nice and attentive, even sourcing juice for us that they didn’t have in stock. I would highly recommend visiting Uno Momento given the chance. We came to Uno Momento with family for lunch. Loads of choice for food – they pretty much give you a book to read through! With food chosen the kids meals came out with the starters so they could get started. I had the black pudding which was OK, my wife had the Spicy prawns which were nice! Kids meals were a fair size although chicken nuggets perhaps a little overcooked. My son was very happy as he had Kids cheese and tomato pizza and it came with chips. The pizza was pretty much half an adult pizza!
When mains came out they were a pretty good size with one of the party having a calzone which looked massive! In all honesty we were so full that we didn’t manage to get desert – but also they were unable to gake card only cash on our visit so we limited ourselves a little to make sure we had enough cash on us!
The waitress was friendly and helpful, and overall it was a really good lunch! We had been worried we may have picked the wrong place after seeing so many nice places on our walk through the city – but turns out we was well OK in the end!

The combination of half pizza and half pasta satisfied my greedy appetite, haha. It tasted delicious, and the portion was quite generous as well.
