Had a great dinner last night at UNO! I had Yaki udon and my daughter had sushi. The best part of the meal was the excellent service from Damian!! His English is quite impressive and he spoiled us with free soup and two free Nigiri!! All of that for an incredibly reasonable price! Thank you Damian and thank you Uno!

EDIT : After a few days I can also add up a food poisoning that kept me down for 24 hours. Wish I could put less than 1 star.
I ordered maki’s on delivery, unfortunately it was a really bad experience. I started to feel a couple of very nervy chewy parts. Until one that had the skin on it, and SCALES.
I have tried a few times over the years, but Tulum is as it is sometimes quality can evolve. From the first time a few years ago where I also chewed out hard salmon parts til today nothing has changed if not for the worst. Fish are supposed to be cleaned properly particularly in Japanese food. It s not cared for, just cut approximately disregarding customers experience.
Which is why I finally make that review, hoping it will change, if not don’t take my word for it and check your plate.

This place is an absolute must in Tulum! ❤️Hands down the best ramen we’ve ever had. The service was incredible—we were even treated to a complimentary appetizer and dessert The crispy spicy chicken ramen is truly to die for.

Friendly staff! Unagi roll was great. Karage ramen is a bit sour like Tom yam soup and traditional ramen was like shoyu ramen. Both are not like traditional Japanese food but if you are craving for asian food, it can be a good option!

Best service We have EVER had here in Tulum. The food is amazing, the server was so kind and really helpful with my intolerances. He even helped us to find places to eat some street dessert. It was honestly one of the best food expérience (restaurant wise) we had in our whole 2-week trip! 200% recommend

If you do not feel like Mexican food on a long holiday, this is the place to go. Came in one night to ask for take away sushi, the portions were huge and the quality of the fish was great. It didn’t disappoint.
A couple of nights later we passed by again to get some plain rice, as I was feeling nausious but needed to eat something. It is a small gesture, but they offered the rice to me. This makes you feel like they want to invest in their customers and they generally display kindness.
Other than that, I could see both times that the vibe inside the restaurant was quite nice, despite the small seating area.

Well, this place is magical: its food, its atmosphere, its service and staff. All was so pleasant and comforting. We ended up here after 3 days of eating in the hub with too loud music and way overpriced food, this place was a relief, a sanctuary of fairness and comfort food. The sushi was made with love and was very creatively made using different ingredients and herbs. They created their own taste which was very much appreciated by my teenage bunch who love sushi. Also the live music (however only three songs) was lovely. I would not hesitate to come back again some day

A cute Little restaurant with cute staff and amazing food! My mother and I enjoyed every bite! I live in Berlin and traveled through asia, so I’ve been in many asian restaurants with a similar menu, but I think this one of my favorites. The taste was always on point ans better!
