I’ve tried Unk on the grill twice now and they do not disappoint. I’ve had the tri tip with potato salad and yams. The trip tip is juicy and flavorful. The potato salad and yams are the best I’ve had. Also had the pleasure of meeting Unk and his wife, it was a pleasure to meet them . The food is great! I highly recommend checking out their Facebook page, as they travel to different breweries. I finally have found great Bbq!

bro how could you do me like that lol I pulled up, and bro is pulling apart freshly cooked pork, essentially saying that it was perfect timing to order something. I ordered pork nachos for $16.00 and also left a 15 % tip. I was a bit confused when I was handed the food, as it was super lightweight. Long story short, there was very little pork in there, and it was mostly chips – not even cheesy chips – chips with (some) aioli on them. No lie, it was like 4 bites of pork. From what I tasted, the pork wasn’t that flavorful, which was genuinely shocking because pork is naturally super flavorful… I ended up throwing away a basket of DRY chips (which are also cheap chips, btw) after the four bites – it only took like 3 minutes to eat because there was almost nothing there. maybe I’ll try the food again, but that was messed up, man. I was hungry, brother. To top it off, I went back and bro was outside the catering truck, and he didn’t even ask me what I thought of the food as I walked by. Usually, people who take pride in their craft would ask for feedback, especially when I told you I was excited.

Was walking dogs, and saw Unks Truck – ordered pulled pork combo with southern Mac & cheese and baked beans. Everything flavor was poppin’. I ate it so fast before I could take a pic. If you are in the area of Tigers Tap Room, go and get you a plate. Hits the spot

The food was delicious, from the meats to the sides. The sauces just paired so nicely with the food. I would highly recommend trying this BBQ. I felt like I was at the cook out.
