i’m so incredibly disappointed with picante. last year it was SO GOOD!!!! went there probably every week. this year, i will probably go never. the portions are so much smaller, they don’t listen to instructions, and there is no customer service! i loved conversing with the workers and they are so kind but not having this human interaction is so frustrating. i will probably go to talk to the workers but not order food. i like having the option to online order but it shouldn’t be exclusive. so upset right niw
