Great pizza and deals for multiple pizzas. The chicken wings are Jurrasic sized! Absolutely love their wings, have a breading on them. Fried perfectly. They have like 20 different flavors of them. Pictured are the honey BBQ flavor. Cheese fries are awesome, nacho cheese sauce gets put on them. Highly recommend!

This has always been our go to sub shop. We’ll today I called in to make a pick up order, that I would have pay for in cash. The lady told me they will not take any order from me because grubhub had refunding my last order and they did nothing wrong.
The grubhub order they refer to was the driver that handed me the food push my screen door so hard on to my arm leaving a nasty mark and refuse to let it go because my dog was at the door. Mind you the note on grubhub says leave at door. Which the driver ignored. So yes grubhub choose to refund my money because of the driver!
Which is why I choose to call in my order and pick up this evening. But nope the choose to refuse service. That’s fine we won’t be back. Not worth it. The food it’s OK there definitely is way better places around. It was just convenient and quick.

Floors are nasty ! FOOD is nasty ! They don’t wash there hands or wear gloves I came in saw a worker pic up a bun off the floor and used it for somebody food !! It’s GROSS DONT RECOMEND MY VISIT Date was 5/5/2025

1st time we ordered my husband and I got wings and a sub to share and they were the best we’ve had in a long time. Hands down. We figured we’d try again but this time try their pizza. We order from them alot usually there good. Tonight we ordered 2 subs. My wife’s sub was wrong it was dry the meat wasn’t done. She called and they said they forgot to put seasoning on it and wouldn’t bring her the correct sub. They were very disrespectful towards her tryna rush her off the phone than hung up in her ear during the conversation. I will never order from them again ever……….. Hope the manager sees this your staff is very disrespectful

I can only speak about the wings. I ordered 20 wings and struggled to eat 15 of them. I only ate that 15 because it is the wee hours of the morning for me at work. Hot wings does not mean wings in hot sauce and pepper. The 10 piece order of BBQ was wings in ketchup. For $40.00, I expected much better. Disgusted, I will not be returning.

I’m new to the area and on the way home I pass Universal Pizza & Subs. I decide to stop in and grab a cheese steak sub. I’m so glad I did. It was delicious. Made perfectly just how I ask. They were nice, fast and delicious. They have themselves a new customer!!!

We ask people who made pizza in Baltimore they said go there. It my look like a whole in the wall but its not. My 3 year old grandson who we came to visit doesn’t eat whole lot of stuff. But love the pizza an wings. And the Philly was great too. So when we come back next year we will be back.

They are the best in town. other pizza store are just not testy enough, some how whatever they do , it is the best, I only come out this area twice a year, I will not leave without getting some of their Subs and pizza, as well as wings, I love their rice pudding too.
