Not sure how this place doesn’t have 5 star ratings. The people complaining are being dramatic. This is easily the best burger i have ever had in my life. From the bun to the cheese sauce and the meat. Everything is made from scratch it’s a 10/10 experience. The Cuban Tarrif fries with the sauce they give is also incredible. I can’t wait to come back and wish they had more locations!

Let’s get the negativity out of the way first: these 1 and 2 star reviews are completely insane. Yes, it’s a premium product with everything made by hand, in what is probably an expensive location (The Citadel), so yes, it’s going to cost more than a Wendy’s double cheeseburger. No, they don’t have hookah and loud music, and it’s not really a “scene” — it’s just a nice, family friendly food hall. If you’ve read this far, you get the picture…this is a common issue with many good places in Miami.
On to the positives…these are my favorite smash burgers in the city (to be fair there are some close competitors). The buns are perfect, the government cheese is shamelessly gooey, and the patties have real flavor. (I am using the plural because I typically order two burgers, but most people find one to be enough.) The cheese fries are the perfect little addition.
Bonus points: they just started doing breakfast burritos on weekend mornings, and unsurprisingly, they nailed them. This is a food that is extremely rare in Miami, which is hard to believe given its reputation for partying and drinking, but I digress…

Make sure you order a double is all I can say…I got a regular single burger and it was 80% bread. The smash burger trend needs to go cause it felt like there was ground beef spreaded on the bread, I can’t even call it an hamburger. Super thin and small bun…and that sandwich was $10 for basically just bread…

Located inside The Citadel on NE 2 Ave. I tried the smash burger one pattie. The sign says lettuce, tomatoes, and onions not needed. I disagree. It is very much needed. The burger is bland just like the guy taking the order. Lacked personality and flavor. Burger suited for a kid. But the Cajun fries I must say were good. Under the same brand is Mexican food. Again lacked flavor served the nachos with a side of what should have been Jalapenos but tasted like pickles and bland salsa. The burrito again was bland in flavor. Total cost of food over $40. Overpriced.
and nachos is a no .

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this deserves one. My Buddy and I were looking to grab a bite to eat before heading to a Marlins game. We turned to Google and my buddy found US Burger Service. Burgers… how can you go wrong?
We shouldve listened to the reviews. Let’s talk about the burger. It’s more bread than patty. It’s as if the bun is the star. Limited toppings. Fries and a coke and it was $20. Last time I checked, that’s a premium price. Can you imagine the food you can get for $20. Honestly, if we were going to pay that money, I should’ve just got over priced pall park food.
It’s just a bad burger. Really bad. If you decide to take a risk like we did… and form your own opinion, be prepared to be disappointed

The happy hour slider with potatoe skins is horrible. The potatoe skins are burnt with no flavor. The slider seems like a large chicken croquetta or something on the burger loaded with thousand island and Cole slaw. Last time I ordered a burger.

Tasty smashed burgers with their own bun creation. Had the 2 days with priority sauce and cheesey fries. The sauce was ok, but in my case ended being like too much with the cheese. Of course I ate it all with pleasure, but I d rather have less sauce next time. Didn’t have zero sugar sodas, so that could be something to add.

WOW! First timer at @usbsmiami and I’m blown away! The burger was well seasoned and smashed thin just how I like it! And guess what no condiments, just the way I like it! The fries were fresh and tasty! The @thecitadelmia has an amazing little food court set up here, I will definitely be back to try some more things and a drink or two!

If burgers had a church, USBS would be the pulpit. This thing came out looking like it had just done a mic drop—crispy, golden edges like lace, melty cheese hugging the patty like it owed it money, and that soft, toasty bun? Pillow from heaven. I took one bite and blacked out for three seconds.
The sauce? Illegal in some states. The flavor? Gave me emotional whiplash. I’ve had relationships with less depth than this burger.
If you’re looking for a smash burger that slaps and flirts with you a little—USBS is it.

One of the best burgers in Miami! Classic lacy, crispy smashed patties that taste as great as they look. Where USBS really stands out is with their house made rolls and creamy cheese sauce.
