This is a great gem! Rode down from OP.. plenty of space to accommodate groups, paved parking. Excellent service and recommendations. Hamburger was amazing. Pizza being served looked good too (next time)!

This is a terrific – and beautiful – brewery in the up-and-coming town of Humboldt. The town is absolutely worth a stop, especially if you are passing by on the weekend. Fair warning: several of the super-cute and trendy shops are restaurants aren’t open, or have limited hours, during the week. The best thing about the brewery is the fabulous wood-fired pizza. Just a perfect char on the chewy crust, and delicious toppings. Highly recommended. Wish I lived closer!

I had such an amazing experience here! I am visiting from Overland Park and was really pleased with the food, beer, and incredible wait staff! I got the pistachio pizza and pretzel one night and the teriyaki burger the next night and all of the food was SO good!
The waitress, Kendra, was such a doll and both bartenders (AJ and Joe) were super helpful too in recommending food and drinks! Will for sure be back next time I visit!

Really impressed with the menu and atmosphere; this was a very ambitious project for this area. The pies could have been cooked a little longer to reduce some flop in the crust and nachos could have used a little more toppings, but overall excellent! Will definitely be going back next time I’m in town and will highly recommend Union Works for anyone who wants great food at a wonderful venue!

Stopped in for a quick beer and bite around 2P on a Sunday. No wait. We had a Belgian Brown, I believe it was, that I would rate 4/5. Solid craft beer. The margarita pizza and beer rock were both excellent, 5/5. Table service was fast and friendly. Cost was lower than expected, less than the same food at Applebee’s for example. Looking forward to our next visit.

The new union works micro brewery is very clean bosts a very welcoming yet refined atmosphere highlighting the old wood working accents perfect for date nights or an evening with friends. The wait staff are absolutely outstanding while dining the waitress refilled our drinks multiple times never allowing any of our drinks to go empty and kept clearing our dishes from the table as we ate. The booths and chairs are comfortable and spacious the beer was excellent and the brick oven pizza was some of the best I’ve ever experienced. There are two full service bars as well as an elegant outdoor patio area for the summer and fall evenings. Great job we will definitely be coming back.

One of the best restaurant/breweries I’ve ever been to. The service top notch, the food is exquisite, and the beer is simply amazing. I couldn’t recommend this place more— To have a place like this in Humboldt, Kansas is absolutely amazing. I invite friends and family from all over the country to visit with me. It’s an incredible place to take a date, spend a family dinner out, or stop by for a beer after work or after a ride on the trails. 10/10 would recommend.

Incredible beer, particularly love the Vienna Lager and the American Pale Ale and fantastic food, love the pistachio pesto pizza. It’s a beautiful space and the outdoor patio is absolutely clutch on a warm evening.
