Union Roasters is on Point! The scone had ginormous blueberries, the almond croissant was crisp and flaky. It doesn’t stop there- the double brava and latte delightful. Happiness until the next serendipitous visit.

I am visiting from out of town, I have been picking a different coffee shop each morning to start my day. Today was Union Roasters and they did not disappoint! Their classic strawberry matcha waffle was AMAZING and coffee was great too. 10/10 reccomend. Oh, and the atmosphere was awesome too.

We buy coffee beans from Union and they are great. We wanted to try in person coffee when we were visiting CDA. The atmosphere is good, the baristas were friendly. Unfortunately they are not well trained to make a good latte. The coffee was extremely bitter and over extracted on my latte, the milk was oversteamed and hot and the foam was the wrong consistency. Very unfortunate as they could be a great shop. I recommend Evans brothers for a much better coffee

Quaint coffee shop with excellent coffee, pleasant atmosphere, and good service. The shop is definitely “Millenial Hipster Vibes” but in a good way. They have indoor and outdoor seating and offer WiFi. They serve food and the waffles looked amazing but, I did not end up eating this visit. They have plenty of plug ins for your electronic devices, which I appreciated.
My Latte was smooth and delicious. They take pride in their coffee and it shows. I would highly recommend!

I took my FIL here and he couldn’t stop RAVING about how amazing the quiche was.
Flaky, tasty, perfection.
At one point stated “this is 5 star restaurant quality”
The service was good. I don’t know if he was the owner or manager but he was so polite and brought the quiche right out and was helpful in getting utensils, napkins etc.
the girls working were friendly as well.
They also have their own packaged coffee as well as canned coffee. this is where I’ll be taking my family and friends that are coffee drinkers.

I have visited a few times. The coffee is always wonderful.
Usually going through the drive through.
Today for whatever reason I decided to stop in. Service as always is great the people welcoming and pleasant.
BUT THE QUICHE! Wow! Better than a restaurant.
Loved it as much as the coffee.
How do I get my hands on that recipe?

I love going to Union to get computer work done. It’s a beautiful, aesthetic space with big windows. The staff has never seemed to be especially friendly or helpful, but the drinks have always been good.

The most hipster coffee shop that I have ever been too and I am living for it. Had the Hibiscus Lavender Tea & the Apple-Bacon-Honey Waffle and both were amazing.
The staff were all super friendly and helped my indecisive self pick out a drink.
Would definitely recommend and I’ll for sure be coming back again to try something new!!

My absolute favorite coffee shop in CDA. First and foremost, the COFFEE is just incredible, rich, and delicious. Their seasonal creations are always amazing and super fun to try and they make a lot of their own syrups. They have a wide range of pastries including scones (filled with this scrumptious berry mixture), the best protein balls in town, and perfectly crisp croissants.
Even though all of that would seal the deal for me, the real kicker at Union is the staff. There hasn’t been a single unpleasant interaction, an incorrectly made drink, or a day I didn’t feel like I was grabbing coffee from a friend. Haley makes me feel like a human on the mornings I see her, and for that I could never be more grateful.
