Next time I’m in the area, I will definitely be stopping here again! The food was so good, we had poutine (cheese curds made in house, I believe), mozzarella sticks, and the Buffalo shrimp and wings combo. For our shrimp/wing sauce, we ordered the medium buffalo and hot raspberry sauces on the side and they were very tasty! The staff was also so nice, fun, and helpful! The bathroom was clean as well

A local told us about this place. It’s not in the main part of town and would be easy to miss if you weren’t looking for it. Definitely a place the locals frequent. The staff couldn’t have been any nicer or more attentive. If you just make an expression on your face like, “oo, I think I might try” they are at the table asking what you would like! The beer selection is outstanding and diverse. The food was fantastic. Definitely try the crab dip! Wish we lived closer to eat here regularly!

What a wonderful surprise today. We were traveling past this area and we were hungry. We tried to go downtown to eat but the parking and crowds were horrible. We stumbled across the union by accident but what great luck! The food, drinks and service were fantastic. We had outside seating with light music playing. I would definitely recommend coming here! Enjoy!

We stayed in Jim Thorpe for a long weekend. This is where we ate our last night there and I wish we had found it sooner because everything was much better here than any of the other higher priced downtown restaurants we ate at. Service and food was amazing. My husband said he had the best burger he’s had in his entire life and my veggie tacos were so good. Most importantly (after hiking all day) I didn’t have to walk a mile to get inside to eat. This place should be listed as the number one place to eat in Jim Thorpe (if it wasn’t a bar it probably would be). Highly recommend!

Burger may not look like much but it was great! Nice size and fresh. Bun wasn’t overpowering (a plus!) and the fries were tasty, would have enjoyed more of them! Great service and an awesome vibe. Parking can be tricky at peak times, it’s in a neighborhood not a commercial area, but that just adds to the charm. Great place, would recommend 10/10!

**UPDATE** After waiting over a year to come back here (and I couldn’t wait) this was a HUGE disappointment! My husband’s cheeseburger was shriveled to nothing and dry! My shrimp po boy was NOTHING like the one pictured below from before. The cole slaw was slopped on my plate and the roll was sitting right in it! My pickle was also laying in it. There was way more lettuce and tomatoes in the roll than shrimp and the remoulade was almost non-existant so the sandwich was dry. We waited a long time to be given our food and no one ever came to see how it was (good thing they didn’t ask) Unfortunately we will probably never come back. No wonder the drinks are cheap. If you’re tipsy you won’t notice! ****

Wow what a find this quaint restaurant is. One of the best burgers and fries! Food comes out piping hot. Don’t get me started on the Bloody Mary’s. The chef makes the mix from scratch and its as delicious as mine. The restaurant is neat and clean as a pin. Fresh flowers on the table’s. The bathrooms are spotless and have fresh flowers too. This little place does not disappoint.
