My love and passion for pizza made me come up with a great deep dish recipe and concept. 3 associates in the film business, each with a passion for pizza and food came together to create Union Pizza Company. It was a long time in development, but hopefully, you can taste the years of love and research in the minutes you spend when you devour your pies. After reading the story on how Union Pizza Company was formed I had to try it out. As a pizza connoisseur myself, it was a must to visit an owner whom himself developed a pizza from the love of eating pizza. I got the NY style this time but next time I need to try the deep dish. I was alittle pressed for time today so it went with the thin crust. Overall the pizza is better than average and I have to say you can taste the quality in the cheese used. I had also ordered the garlic knotts they were very good. Crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. The dipping sauce was piping hot!!! Wish the sauce was alittle bigger for the 12 piece knotts. When I arrived they advertised several lunch specials as well as daily specials at the register. Today happened to been a deep dish for $21 with a free topping. If I had the time I would have loved to have ordered one! I would also like to thank the staff, I ordered online and ordered “The Village” in the comments I asked if I could replace the mushrooms with black olives and they did it for me. Thank you!!! I know this isn’t something you had to do and I appreciate the extra effort!!!

A huge “THANK YOU” to Union Pizza and specifically Hector at this location. Nine of us showed up (had contacted them about a month ago to set everything up). Our retirement community came as part of our Route 66 Adventure, with a highlight in Chicago. Hector organized a presentation on how a Chicago-style pizza is made. We were delighted and amazed of the differences between this versus regular pizzas. We ordered two Chicago-style pizzas and salads. Everything was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and HECTOR WAS AMAZING!!! Would recommend this place 100%. On a side note, they also sell by the slice and have lunch specials.

Be careful the prices are different when you order compared to what is posted. Food is ok pizza could have been hotter. I ordered the deep dish special and was over charged. I won’t be back. You would do better to fly to Chicago and get the real thing.

I was excited to try their garlic knots but I’m sorry to say they are not good at all and that’s me being nice. I took a bite and I got a full mouth of what tasted like oregano seasoning. I don’t taste any garlic at all! It was a HUGE waste of money and here I bought one big order and one small order because we love garlic bread or garlic knots and I figured how can you get garlic knots wrong?! Well sad to say they def got it wrong. They don’t even smell like garlic at all! Just a pungent smell of oregano which is literally giving me a headache right now. Ugh. Gross…… I’m not sure this company will be there for long if this is what type of quality they sell.

I order a DEEP dish pepperoni pizza. Their really skimping on the cheese and if you look at the bottom right of pizza, that is thin crust. They called this a large and it’s a medium size, and charged me $23.00 I gave them one shot today and they blew it with this customer. Which place is a rip-off and a joke. Never again !!!

Great pizza! Best to order take-out here as the accommodations for dining there are pretty small and basic. BUT the pizza is delicious. The Chicago deep dish is authentic and delicious, and the NY thin crust is good as well, although not as crispy as some. They also offer pizza by the slice, and have good lunch specials.

This is the 2nd time ordering food from them. The 1st time, ordered a Chicago pizza. Thought it was pricey but the pizza was large and we had it for couple of meals. Today, we ordered Chicken Parmesan and Sausage
& Pepper sandwiches. Terrible is all I can say. $16/sandwich I’ll be happy to pay for if the ingredients were good and the sandwich was a decent size. The chicken was so thin and so dry, my husband was convinced that it was fried yesterday, they threw it back in the oil before slapping it in between the bread. The sausage sandwich was a joke. Had a hard time finding the Italian sausage. I asked my son to pull the bread apart to see if there were anything between the bread.
I love supporting the small businesses in Torrance. Unfortunately for this family, this will be our last.

Love love love their deep dish. Well made high quality deep dish pie filled with goodness. There are many types that you can choose or build your own deep dish. Crust is the best part of this pie, golden brown and very tasty. Will come back to try other flavors.

Our 1st time here wanted to eat a Chicago Style pizza in forever. Came on a Sunday but they are closed, finally had time to come. It’s inside small strip mall by 405 Freeway behind Carl’s Jr. Very clean. No public restrooms. Has tables and chairs to dine in..in which we did. Saw a few customers come in for pick orders. Pizza and wings were great. Can not compare to any other Chicago Pizza since this was our 1st time trying it. We ordered a 9 inch Chicago Pizza and Buffalo wings as pictured. Will return. Music or Tv would suggest.
