My husband and I always enjoy our trips to Union Mesa, it’s become one of our go-to spots at WinStar for good food and great service. The meals are always fresh and flavorful (the birria tacos pictured here were incredible), and the portions are generous.
Sarah seems to be working every time we stop in, and she’s always fantastic, friendly, attentive, and makes us feel genuinely welcome. It’s rare to find that kind of consistent service, and she definitely stands out.
If you’re looking for a quality meal inside the casino, Union Mesa is 100% worth it. Highly recommend!

Had a lovely time at Union Mesa, thanks to our waitress Katelyn, she was fantastic! Attentive without being pushy, and gave us space to enjoy our meal, which I really appreciated.
The atmosphere was nice, but I was a little surprised by the music selection, more Blink-182 and Creed vibes than the Mexican vibe I was expecting. As for the food, it was a bit on the bland side for my taste, but I admit I’m a tough critic since I’m Mexican and used to bolder flavors.
Still, Katelyn’s service made the evening great, and I’d happily come back to try more dishes.

I’m not sure what to think of this place. I picked up food earlier (9/26/25) a little before 20:00 (8:00pm.) Ordered beef fajitas to go. I paid with players card (food comp) and the rest with cash and within a minute or two the guy brings me my food. I thought that was way too fast to have cooked it but I was hungry and looked through the to go containers and everything was there. Couldn’t find the lady who took my order and wasn’t worried about my change so I walked down to a slot machine to eat and everything was cold except for the tortillas.
I didn’t go back because I do NOT do remade food and they can’t do refunds on food comps. I couldn’t even eat half because it was cold enough the oil, greese or whatever was starting to harden. No food poisoning or anything so far.
But why was everything cold? Even the beef, rice and peppers. Do they just take it out of the refrigerator?
Someone needs to look into this place and see what’s really going on. It was awfully dead for a Friday night
Either clean the payroll and bring in people that will run it like an authentic Mexican restaurant or close it down and open something else. That was $30 something wasted after losing so much money at the casino.

Awesome food. Our waitress Sarah was absolutely amazing! She was very friendly, brought our drinks out right away, and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be coming back.

It was extremely busy on a Saturday night so we sat at the bar. The bartender was very attentive, our food came quickly and we never waited for refills. The servings are large and we had to take some home with us.

I had an amazing experience at Union Mesa! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a great balance of modern style and comfort. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried stood out, and the portions were perfect.
A special shout-out to Amanda, our waitress, who made the entire visit even better. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Amanda checked on us often without being intrusive, offered great recommendations, and made sure everything came out just right. Her positive energy truly elevated the whole dining experience.

We arrived not knowing that it was about to close and they let us in and still they all treated my husband and I very politely. Our waitress, Kimberly, was awesome! She’s sweet, attentive and very helpful. We loved our fajitas plate. The meat has great tasting seasoning and was very tender. The guacamole was really good. The margarita was so good. Pecan pie was good. Everything was good and satisfying in both amount, presentation and flavor. Next time we’re in Winstar, we’re eating there again. Highly recommend.
