Union Kitchen & Bar is a Modern American Restaurant inspired by the feel of South American and Northern Italian cuisine and wines. Its ambiance is warm, welcoming and energetic……a neighborhood restaurant. Union Kitchen & Bar’s menu features a Raw Bar and menu variety from South American influenced items such as braised pork-belly and octopus, and Northern Italian fare. It will have a daily selection of fresh oysters, a wonderful selection of Northern Italian inspired fresh pastas, locally sourced seafood and steaks. It will feature a worldly & eclectic Wine List with an out of the ordinary grape varietals focus, and a large wine by the glass selection together with local breweries and a early 20th century craft cocktail selection.

I had heard and read about Union Kitchen & Bar in Wilton Manors. We had theater in Ft Lauderdale and decided to try it. Kind of off the beaten path on side street. They have 3 outside dining areas, front , side and rear plus a some what small inside dinning room. Small but unusual menu serving Modern American cuisine. Very Good service

Do not order the Strawberry and Gorgonzola Toast. 5 pathetic slices of stale bread with cream cheese for $16. Wholly disappointing, but that menu item was especially offensive. The drinks were good.

In Wilton this is your swankiest restaurant choice, and newest. Don’t let Roberto fool you, Christie runs the show and I think she’s the driving force behind the menu. Even the humble burger is amazing but the seasonal menu items are remarkable. Craft cocktails are perfect. The beer and wine selection are well curated. What a great date night in Wilton Manors!

My wife and I rode our bicycles here to have dinner before a play across the street. We have passed by the restaurant many times and are mad we waited so long to try it. What a gem. We had a great dinner off of the pre-theater menu which included an appetizer and desert for each of us. We will definitely come back and will bring our friends and visiting family for a great meal. Our server, Danny was also very helpful and friendly.

Our party of 6 stopped by for happy hour, we didn’t have a reservation for dinner yet Wilson set aside a table for us. The drink presentation was impressive for the Japanese smoked old fashioned and French press Sangria – tasty too. Overall the food was very good, the best part of the visit was the staff. Thank you Wilson & Ryan. We’ll return on our next visit to Florida.

Drinks were DELICIOUS! Service was phenomenal! The food… maybe I didn’t order the right things? Deviled eggs- bland, mussels- half weren’t open and sauce was okay. Dessert was tasty but seemed frozen and thawed out for shortcake. But I am super picky. Drinks did not disappoint!

What a gem in Wilton Manors! We sat outside in the front patio, cute decor and nice vibe. Service is great . We had the octopus and pork tacos for apps, both were delish! For entrees, pork chop was tender and juicy. The pasta dish was the star of the show! Hands down some of the best pasta dishes we’ve ever had. Cocktail and wine selection was fab! Absolutely must try spot if you are in town or just a local!
