The food was good, I went with the fish and chips. The portion size was huge and I appreciated that they didn’t skimp on the fish. It was cooked perfectly. I enjoyed the cole slaw and wish they gave more of it. Overall the experience was great. The only thing I didn’t like was the waiter made some random comment about not finishing my food. The comment wasn’t rude just wasn’t something I appreciated hearing for not finishing every bite on the plate. But the comment wasn’t rude enough to keep me from coming back next time I’m in the area.

First time here and definitely coming back. The place is large with a vibe . This a good place to come catch a game or just enjoy drinks with friends. The service is good and quick . The calamari is AMAZING , the bread pudding is beyond fulfilling . The prices are reasonable . Plenty of street parking .

It started out great and personable but quickly nosedived after being seated. Our waitress was nice, but after placing initial drink orders, she seemingly disappeared for a half hour. At that point, she brought out the soup I ordered, but not the appetizer my friend ordered. The waitress dropped off the soup and vanished once more for another 40 minutes. In the meantime, we were subjected to another waiter screaming at a projector screen streaming an English premier league game and loudly asking an Asian family (unprompted) if they were fans of Tottenham because Son (Korean player) was a popular player there. Once our food finally arrived (not the appetizer – that seemed totally forgotten), it was fine. It was pretty salty but otherwise not bad. The waitress was nowhere to be found for another half hour – we were here for nearly two hours for lunch, most of which was spent waiting for someone to help and listening to another staff member scream about soccer. It might be an off day or something weird but I would not come back. The bathrooms were also in need of a refresh and general cleaning and the floors were sticky. My friend even went to search for a manager and one did not come. Only then did our waitress promptly come and gave the check but then disappeared once more. The only solace is that the service and atmosphere was so poor that was pretty funny.

Union Jack’s is one of those places that keeps us coming back again and again. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming and upbeat, and the staff truly makes the experience stand out. Huge shoutout to Corey, Brittany, Stevie, Jeff, Peyton, Davahsia, and Aiden — they are consistently friendly, attentive, and make you feel like a regular even if it’s your first visit. You can tell they genuinely care about providing great service and creating a fun, comfortable environment.
The food is always solid and never disappoints. Brunch is a favorite, the wings are excellent, and it’s the perfect spot to grab a meal, relax, and watch the games. Whether you’re stopping in for a casual meal, weekend brunch, or game day, Union Jack’s delivers every time. Great food, great staff, and an all-around great vibe. Highly recommend checking it out!

It was a really nice atmosphere, very good food and perfect selection of drinks. If you fancy a good pressure beer and nibbles in a great atmosphere, the place is perfect for you! At least less busy than in the UK. Glad Americans must drive everywhere. 🙂
On Sunday there is even a musician playing. Perfect for a beer outside and enjoying the music.
The food was really good. Only missing was sticky toffee pudding!
Decent fish and chips. Classic American pub food too like fried pickles.
And I highly recommend the Mac and cheese pulled pork! Absolutely divine!
Looking forward to a few more British desserts to be added on the menu! Definitely one of my preferred spot in the area for a drink or nibble.

Came out for a holiday meal with a friend and sat at the bar. Our bartender, Corey, was amazing—super pleasant, attentive, and professional. I ordered the fish and chips, and my friend had the wings; both were delicious. We truly enjoyed the food and the service. Thank you, Corey, for a great night out!

I’ve been here a few times amd realized i had not dropped a review- best place in the area! Forget the big chains- this place truly has an English pub vibe to it and locals seem to flock here. Definently get the fish and chips- 10 out of 10. Only complaint- If you do sit at the bar: prepare to open a tab or pay up front. Otherwise the place if my go to when in the area!

This was our third visit to this restaurant, and sadly it will also be our last. We went on the Saturday after Christmas, and despite it being a holiday weekend, the restaurant was not busy at all — there were only about 15–20 guests dining at the time.
From the moment we arrived, the experience felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The hostess appeared irritated that we were there and acted as if seating us was an inconvenience. We were placed at a table that was visibly dirty, with leftover food and crumbs still on it. What made it worse was that the table stayed that way for well over an hour, even after we had pointed it out.
Unfortunately, the service did not improve from there. Our waiter was inattentive, difficult to find, and showed little interest in actually serving our table. We repeatedly had to look for him whenever we needed something. On one occasion, when we finally found him, he was standing at the hostess stand on his phone instead of checking on his tables. This lack of attention made the entire meal feel frustrating and neglected.
The food itself was just as disappointing. The chicken and chips were extremely dark in color and cold when they arrived, which suggested the grease had not been changed in quite some time. The wings barely had any sauce on them, and the fries were also cold and clearly had been sitting for a while before being served. Everything about the food felt rushed, careless, and far below acceptable quality standards.
We asked to speak with a manager to address these concerns, but no one ever came to our table. At that point, it became clear that customer satisfaction simply was not a priority.
Overall, this visit was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Between the poor service, unclean dining area, low-quality food, and lack of management response, this experience fell far short of expectations. I would strongly suggest choosing another restaurant if you’re looking for good service, clean surroundings, and properly prepared food.
