We were in Oakland for a tour of the Nationality rooms and afterwards needed lunch. Looked on google and this place was just a 7 minute walk.

We were greeted and sat down straightaway, our waitress took our orders and the dood came out wthin 20 minutes. The turkey devonshire and pittsburgh salad were very good.

The place is modern with a great vibe, good service and tasty food. If in the area try this place.

Best one in Craig. A little long to wait for the food but it is worthy every single time. Highly recommend smokehouse burger and French dip. Fried Fries are also really crispy. Price is like fair but its quantity is amazing. Service is also good.

My wife had the Turkey Devonshire I thought the turkey was a little rubbery. The cheese sauce was very good.
I had the grilled salmon with vegetables. The salmon was very good i thought that the mixed vegetables had way too many onions.
Overall the food was very good the portion size was decent. A very busy atmosphere but our serve was on point and attentive.
We also had the hummus appetizer which I thought was very good. It came with a small Greek salad along with the hummus.

Nice atmosphere with an interesting menu, but my gosh is the food underseasoned. Sauces need salt, sandwiches need more sauce, and meats need to be brined or salted as a part of cooking. Additional seasoning beyond salt recommended, too.

Portion sizes are great (large, both drinks and food).

Ah, the ever so famous Turkey Devonshire. It’s apparently pretty popular at this place. Maybe even famous. That’s what made me initially interested in this spot out of all the many others in the area. So, I tried the Turkey Devonshire, chicken tenders, fries, and matzo ball soup.

The soup was really quite excellent. Great quality broth. It just gives a honey feeling to it. Perfect amount of seasoning. And a big piece of matzo in the middle. Good portion and fair price. Would definitely recommend as a side or appetizer.

The chicken tenders I only tried a bit of, but they were great. Crispy and reasonably flavorful. The sauces they were served with are great too. Amazing ranch and awesome creamy green sauce. Fries were pretty solid as well.

Now, the supposed star of the show should have been the Devonshire, but it was just too much for me. Too creamy and not cheesy enough, in my opinion. Bread got quite soggy quickly. Not much freshness or acidity to counterbalance the cream. And the Turkey itself seemed to not be the highest quality (somewhat tough). I am a bit disappointed with it, but will say the portion is very large.

All in all, nice spot. It gets somewhat popular around lunch time when I went, especially with college kids. Service was decent and food is pretty good, but their star dish was just okay.

This place is a must to dine. The food was delicious and the fries were amazing. Some type of battered or seasoned fries that were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The french onion soup was phenomenal. Portions are very generous. Would definitely come back. We ordered a tuna melt, a fish sandwich, a Reuben sandwich, the chicken tender platter, two French onion soups and 3 drinks. Total was about $130 with tip.

Weekend trip to Pittsburgh landed us at Union Grill after another restaurant had long wait times. So glad that happened or we’d have missed the experience of the best burger and gin mule we’ve ever had. They had us sat within 5 minutes during peak dinner time hours, app & drinks 10 minutes later and meal done within an hour. Nice staff and great prices. Wish this was closer to home cuz this would have become a go-to dinner spot!

So glad we stopped here! The drinks were really good and the burgers were delicious. Their menu has simple choices with a few twists. It was hard to choose what to get. Great prices too!

This is a great place due to proximity to Carnegie Mellon, but the food was very heavy (upset my stomach a little) and the service was mediocre. The food was not traditional, see the photo for my fish tacos, and the waitress gave us absolutely no idea that the fish were fried AND no idea that the taco was basically a salad with a burrito underneath. If we had known to ask more questions about our food, maybe we would have seen a better idea.
