I had a great experience at Union Drafthouse Sunland and a big part of that was our bartender, Desirae. She was super friendly from the moment we sat down and made everyone feel welcomed right away. Even when it got busy, she stayed attentive and checked on us without us having to wave her down. Her drinks were made perfectly and came out fast, and she had really good recommendations when we weren’t sure what to order. You can tell she knows what she’s doing and actually cares about customers having a good time. Good service honestly changes the whole experience, and Desirae definitely made the night better. We’ll definitely be coming back and sitting at her bar again!

Paola was an amazing server! She was super attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. A group of friends and I often come here during the week and now we keep coming back because of how wonderful our waitress Jovanna is. Everyone we’ve had has always been lovely but Jovanna is our favorite and we come just to see her! She is so kind, and always takes AMAZING care of us!
