First time I’ll be honest I was very disappointed. A few months later I heard there was new staff, I tried again and was very, very pleased. I ordered a supreme pizza, a club sub & 2 orders of beer paws. One ranch & the other cinnamon sugar. All food ordered was excellent from presentation to taste. I will absolutely he a returning customer !!!! KEEP UP THE FANTADTIC JOB YOU ALL ARE DOING, IT DOES SHOW !!!!

Good food, don’t get me wrong but the service was lacking. I called to order at 4:27 pm, and at 5:56 they called when they were outside. I expected a little bit of a longer wait since we’re in downtown Waterford, and I was so happy they did deliver there – but I wasn’t thinking it’d be an hour and forty five minutes long. I used to work in a pizza place and the drivers would let customers know when it could be well more than an hour for their food, and leave it up to them if they still wanted to order.. regardless of the reason, if there’s a wait, at least tell them because even if they decide not to order, at least you won’t have angry & annoyed customers later on down the road. We called at about 5:45 to cancel the order and were just gonna get food in town, but they told us the driver had left ten minutes ago and would be there soon. My fiance said that we had ordered over an hour and a half ago and the guy said “yeah we just got really busy”, not even “I’m sorry”. We figured we’d give it until 6 and then we were done, at least it ended up coming by then. The pizza and wings were very good. I didn’t really like the pepperoni balls though. I’d come here again but probably only for a pick up.
