Unify Coffee is my new favorite coffee shop in Nicholasville! What a fun place this is! This is a cafe with a cereal bar and vintage clothing shop.
I came here to check it out and found out it is turning 2 years in business. Nice. There are quite a few tables and free WiFi. It even has a full cereal bar. Wow!
It is centrally located in a shopping plaza with plenty of free parking, fliendy staff and clean and comfortable common areas. I went for a latte, and it was delicious.
Overall, 100% recommended.

I went at an uncrowded hour (3:30 pm) and had a Pour over. My first time here, but love the colorful vintage goods vibe/coffee shop hangout combo. They serve cocktails as well after 4 pm. Must also be popular with parents cuz there were boxes of well-loved toys in the corner. Super cute!

First off the staff is phenomenal especially Aaron! Their coffee is good as well as their matcha. Their chocolate croissants is delicious! The place is extremely unique and cozy. Its a great place for relaxing, school work, and meetings.

Everything was served quickly and tasted amazing—the pastries were especially delicious. The service was friendly and efficient, and the eclectic ambiance added to the charm. Definitely worth a visit!

I stopped by at 7:30 a.m. hoping to grab a cup of coffee, but unfortunately they weren’t serving any at that time. I was told that coffee isn’t in high demand, as the café primarily focuses on coffee-flavored milkshakes and specialty beverages. While I’m sure they do a nice job with those offerings, it may be helpful for others to know that this isn’t a traditional coffee shop. Unify is such a nice place to hang out at! I have been going every Thursday to work on homework and it’s just a peaceful, motivating atmosphere! The coffee is by far the best coffee I have ever had anywhere. The food they sell is excellent. The non-coffee items are excellent as well, I have never had kombucha before until I started coming to Unify. Both of their kombucha options are awesome! The entire decor is amazing! Super fun and welcoming. Definitely check out this awesome coffee shop. You will not regret it at all.

Such a big coffee shop with a good atmosphere & solid drinks. The decor and furniture is so pretty. Would be a great place to study or meet with friends here. I tried a cranberry lime espresso tonic and it was tasty!
