We’ve been coming back to Undisputed Craft House regularly, and it has quickly become one of our absolute favorite spots in El Paso. Every single visit reminds us why we fell in love with this place in the first place—the food, the atmosphere, and the service are all top notch.
The deep dish pizza is still the highlight of every visit, and honestly, it gets better each time we order it. The dough is clearly homemade and always baked to perfection, with that golden crust that’s crisp on the outside yet soft inside. When you pull out a slice, the cheese stretches in long, stringy ribbons, just like you’d expect from true Chicago-style deep dish. The flavor is nothing short of incredible—rich, savory, and layered in a way that only a properly made deep dish can deliver. It’s hard to believe we can get pizza of this caliber right here in El Paso.
Yes, it takes about 45 minutes to bake, but that’s part of the fun. With their impressive lineup of craft beers on tap, there’s no shortage of options to sample while you wait. We’ve discovered some new favorites here, and the rotating variety means every visit brings something different to try.
The service deserves just as much recognition. Every time we come in, we’re greeted warmly, and the staff goes out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. They’re attentive without being overbearing, and it’s clear they care about creating a great experience for their guests.
Add in the wall-to-wall TVs and lively crowd, especially during football games, and you’ve got an atmosphere that’s tough to beat. It’s the perfect mix of energy, great food, and a comfortable setting where you can relax, enjoy a meal, and root for your favorite team.

Visited on a week day because I heard their deep dish pizza was great! Well, we were not disappointed. The crust was incredible along with the cheese, meats and sauce. Simply the best Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza in El Paso. We also had the boneless wings, which were crispy and very juicy in the middle. Additionally the home made kettle chips were a welcome surprise. Paired with some white queso, it was a great start to our meal.

For a while, I had been craving deep dish pizza and unfortunately was sad that El Paso didn’t have anywhere close to me that had it until I saw a video on Instagram talking about this bar and their variety of food since it was close to me, I decided to try it and it did not disappoint. This place was fantastic! The wings were cooked perfectly, and the deep-dish pizza was also excellent. I was a bit concerned about the pizza after reading another review, but it exceeded my expectations. The crust was stuffed with cheese and had a delicious buttery flavor. The sauce definitely didn’t taste like Ragu, as someone else mentioned—it had a rich, flavorful taste that complemented the pizza really well. The chips with queso had a unique twist—they used papas locas-style chips, and it was honestly a great combination. I didn’t get a chance to take a picture because I devoured them as soon as they arrived!
