We had a great experience at Underwater Seafood. The food was amazing—super flavorful and fresh—and the prices were very reasonable. I honestly went in expecting a small, kind of run-down spot, but I was pleasantly surprised. The place is neat, has a nice atmosphere, and the kitchen looked really clean. The service was excellent too. The big guy who brought our food to the table was especially friendly and welcoming. Definitely coming back.

I had fish and fried shrimp with fries. The fish and shrimp were good, my husband loved the dirty rice and the tropical drink was really good. The atmosphere was also decent….you order at the window then they bring the food in to go containers to your table. The only real problem I had is with little things like the salt and pepper shakers were dirty with what looked like old sauce and the bathroom needed cleaning. The staff was polite and prices were reasonable.

Today, I drove down and went to Underwater Seafood with ma! We were greeted with a smile! It was my first time here, and he was helpful with me ordering! Now to the wait time and food. I think we waited 15 minutes for our food to come out and it was soooo delicious!

I had the best experience here today! The prices are affordable and the portions are enough for you and for you to share! The kind gentleman even brought us our strawberry/caramel cheesecake!!! I will definitely be back asap

Ms Monk provided excellent customer service!!! 4 star rating because they messed up the order. I didn’t complain or give them the opportunity to resolve because I was on the go.
I ordered seafood dirty rice with garlic sauce. They gave me the spicy sauce on the rice instead of garlic sauce. All the food was cooked before but the sauce was fresh. In other words, the rice and meat weren’t cooked to order. Great presentation. I hope to update my stars and review after my next visit.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Was told they had the best seafood eggrolls, not not true. Was charged $14.95 for six eggrolls, in my head I was like no problem was told they the best. I was so disappointed when I got home and opened the box. NOTHING BUT vegetables and they were NOT WHOLE EGGROLLS THEY WERE NOT 6 BUT 3 CUT IN HALF TO MAKE 6. Talk about upset and mad. I keep calling the number and no answer. They got over on me GOD BLESS THEM, they must really need the money to be doing people like that.

Drove a hour away just to eat here yesterday with my family, and I want to say I highly recommend 1000/10 customer service was wonderful the gentleman working there was very nice and helpful. Even came out to make sure everything was ok. They even brought out stuff before I can even ask. Food was delicious came out very fast no long wait times. I would be back! Thanks again
