I have loved coming here over the years, which is why I am saddened to write this review:/ Me and my brother order two snow cones and there was a family of four before us and we waited at least 25 minutes (I think it was longer) the family before us also seemed a bit bother by the wait and the individuals working the stand were giggling, talking and on their phones a lot. I understand I work in foods as well and it can be difficult and it’s always nice to talk to coworkers, but for snow cones it should not take 25 minutes especially since it was not busy at all. My little brother had to remind them of my order, I ordered and paid for a SMALL snow cone and received a kiddie size. We didn’t expect to wait as long as we did so I just left with my kiddie but I think this is important information for the owners of this business to know, especially since so many individuals around this area love coming to this snow cone shack.

I used to come here as a teenager however in the recent years I have seen a decline in their service. What urged me to write a review was waiting in line for 47 minutes. Not only am I upset at the ridiculous wait time, but the lack of attention the workers gave the costumers. They were on their phones a large portion of the time I waited as well as talking amongst eachother instead of making snocones. The time inbetween handing out each snocone was about 7 minutes. I put two stars because I DID get a full refund but will not be coming again. Perhaps some supervision of the teens working here could improve the service. I also heard a gentleman standing beside me ask for a refund as well. it seemed as though many people were unsatisfied with the service that day.

Best snow cones in the continental united states. Tastes great, usually has very quick service, all the employees are nice and know what they are doing, and it is very inexpensive compared to the surrounding shaved ice shacks.

We love coming to Under the Boardwalk. It’s a great location, friendly staff and great snow-cones with a great variety of choices. My only complaint is each year it seems like the prices for a s is one go up by a dollar, but so is everything else in this world.

Great shaved ice and the price is good too! Lowered rating due to garbage all over grass. It’s unfortunate that people litter spoons, straws, bottle caps, and other items but the business should clean it up at least daily so the grounds look decent for people to sit on the grass.

We come here every summer and have loved them but tonight when we went, it was terrible. The shaved ice was super hard, they took forever to get our orders, mixed them up, gave our order to someone else, forgot to put the ice cream in, forgot the gummies. We ended up just leaving without our shaved ices after waiting forever.

The sugar free options are the best around. There are always several flavors to choose from and they change sugar free flavors throughout the day so you aren’t stuck with only one option. In addition to sugar free they offer Agave that they change flavor options as well. Staff is amazing!
