Brought in the New Year at Uncut Miami, and it was definitely a vibe! They have an easy online reservation site so makes sure you reserve so you have a table, or you can hang at the bar. When we walked in, we were greeted by the staff, which were very friendly. They took us to our table and gave us great suggestions on what we should order. When you walk in, it gives a classy and upbeat lounge. They have a mega screen TV in the front with couches and then they also have big screen TVs throughout the restaurant by the tables and the bar. Our waitress was very accommodating. Their pink dragon Mojito was good, it was strong and sweet. Their crab fries are amazing! It has pieces of real crab meat with a sauce that pairs as well with it. All of their food and drinks were really good, but the crab fries and pink dragon drink were my favorite. The DJ was lit and kept the crowd moving while playing the best music to ring in the new year. I definitely will be back to Uncut Miami.

Great vibes and great food! As soon as we walked in we were greeted and sat down with Star as our waitress who was amazing! She consistently checked in with us and gave us updates on when the food was coming out, and if Star wasn’t check in then Gorilla Kie was checking in. The food smelt so good I forgot to take a picture and started eating. It tasted just now it smelt…delicious! Definitely will be coming back!

Went to Uncut Miami and the service was on point from start to finish. The staff really showed love and made sure we were straight the whole time—super attentive, great energy, and not a single thing missed. We felt taken care of for real, not rushed, not ignored. Just good vibes & good service. Shout out to Keisha she gave us a million reasons to come back. Definitely a spot we’ll be spinning the block for.

The aesthetic is amazing, but I’m honestly disappointed with the overall experience.
We came from out of town and, out of all the places we could’ve chosen for the championship watch party, we picked one. Unfortunately, they were out of many menu items, and everything took an extremely long time. Our food took over an hour to arrive, and while the drinks were a bit better since the bar seemed to control that flow (ran out of water ) , the wait was still very long. After waiting all that time, I was eventually notified that my food order was canceled because the item was no longer available. ( cheesesteak egg rolls)
This was not the waitress’s fault at all. This is an upper management issue—being fully stocked and prepared is their responsibility. Our waitress did her absolute best and even brought us complimentary shots to make up for the inconvenience. While the gesture was appreciated, it didn’t help much since we had another reservation elsewhere with a bottle waiting. At the end of the day, I came to be well-fed.
Thank you to our wonderful waitress for doing everything she could to salvage the experience. Management should consider waiving the valet fee and focusing on fixing the in-house operational issues.
Two stars, solely for the service.

Uncut Miami Bar was such a vibe! The cocktails were really good, the hookah was smooth, and the overall atmosphere was just right. I sat at the bar and Kesha was my bartender she was Super attentive, friendly, and made great drinks. The service alone will have me coming back. Definitely a good spot for a chill night out. I’m about to be regular for sure. Oh happy hour prices are fire too
