My husband and I visited this beautiful restaurant on our anniversary yesterday and had an incredible time. Every detail created such a splendid experience. From the immediate greeting at the door, complimentary sparking wine to celebrate and the flavorful food we would choose this restaurant over a million times. Although it was 4PM on a Friday night that we came to visit so it was pretty empty, this place should be packed 24 hours 7 days a week! I’d give 1000 stars if I could!

I’ve been to this restaurant twice before and genuinely enjoyed it, which is why I confidently recommended it to a group this time. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing and honestly embarrassing for me as the person who suggested it.
The restaurant was nearly empty, we were one of only three tables, yet the service was shockingly inattentive and rude. Our waitress repeatedly rolled her eyes, spoke sarcastically, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than guests. When asked about wine recommendations, she offered no explanation or guidance and clearly didn’t care to help.
I ordered the $55 filet mignon rare. When it arrived, it was well done. Since it was already overcooked, I asked if there was a sauce I could have to help eat it, and the waitress flatly told me I “you don’t need one.” She didn’t check on our table at any point beyond dropping off food. When I eventually mentioned at the end of the meal that the steak was overcooked, she asked why I hadn’t said something sooner… despite the fact that she had walked away earlier and made it very clear she didn’t want to engage.
I didn’t eat the steak at all. I cut it in half only to show that it was well done, yet it remained on our bill. There was no apology, no effort to make it right, and no acknowledgment of how unhappy I clearly was.
To make things even more uncomfortable, at i want to say 9:00 PM the waitress suddenly turned all the lights on in the restaurant without saying a word to us, no warning that the restaurant was closing, just an obvious signal to leave.
This was especially disappointing because I had such positive experiences here before. Sadly, this visit showed me that while the restaurant may work for small, low-maintenance visits, it completely failed with a group. Poor service, lack of professionalism, and no accountability ruined what should have been a great night.

We brought two friends to us to dinner. They loved it: we enjoyed a lucious flatbread and bacon wrapped asparagus for appetizers. Our meals were the pork chop on top of a polenta/ truffles bed. Also the pasta and sliders. The wine was a Cabernet from Sinegal Winery in Napa. It was fun chattering some with owners Jake and Suzanne. Gabby and team provided excellent service.

We had the most fabulous evening here for a small dinner party (11 people) celebrating a special occasion. The food was absolutely amazing. I was very impressed since I have paid much more for food that wasn’t as good. Also, I love how the restaurant is so cozy. Sometimes in big restaurants it can be hard for a larger party to hear each other with all the ambient noise, but here it was easy. Service was excellent. Coordinating with the restaurant was easy. Wine selection was great. This restaurant did not disappoint and, in fact, exceeded expectations!

Wow what a wonderful experience! Suzanne and Jake are just the nicest! They welcomed us into their wonderful restaurant and made us feel right at home. Their food was nothing short of amazing, many compliments to the chef! My wife and I really loved their Margarita flat bread! The salmon was amazing and my wife raved about the pesto pasta. And the lemon & lavender crème brûlée was delicious! Unfortunately we had to hit the road after dinner and so we couldn’t do any wine tasting, but we are really looking forward to coming back for that and more tasty food. The service was on point and so much fun. We really had such a wonderful evening, definitely recommend!
Update: Had the pleasure of enjoying another meal at this wonderful restaurant and as always feel so blessed to chat with Suzanne and Jake! The food is always amazing! At this restaurant you appreciate flavors you don’t expect. Compliments to the chef, Suzanne and Jake!

Took my wife tonight on a date night and we were blown away! The ambiance and atmosphere is phenomenal, very Newport Beach Orange County vibe. My wife ordered a flight of 4 wines to try, and we ordered the Artichoke Flatbread, crusted Salmon, and Pesto Pasta with Chicken. The food was incredible. Every was very fresh, and the flavors melted in your mouth. All of the staff was wonderful and very nice. We ended up talking with the owners Jake and Suzanne for a while. They are wonderful people. We will for sure be back!

We ate dinner here today and had the filet mignon. Unfortunately both our steaks were dry, tough to cut, and lacked flavor. My husband kept his and just didn’t eat it, I sent mine back since it was also overcooked and ended up with the same dry steak but very salty. We were really excited to try this place and we’re really disappointed. They didn’t discount it at all even though we were unhappy so we wasted $160 on food we hated and went down the street to eat pizza instead. I would not recommend this place.

This place is for a little older crowd than us but we really enjoyed it. It was a nice location, great staff that put up with our dumb jokes and little requests. They knew our name from the reservation and asked some questions to know what we were up to. The food is phenomenal! We love the new brunch menu and can’t wait to try something else. 100% our next date will be here!!!

So happy Redlands finally has a great downtown wine bar with a fantastic food program ! One of my favorite spots in town, nice owners too. Enjoy their fig salad or their sweet potato salad (depending upon the season). Delicious salmon entree, always great desserts and wine recommendations are usually spot on too. Always enjoy great customer service, during the rare occasion when something wasn’t to my liking, the server would quickly switch it out or offer to take it off our bill at the first mention. Owners have been very generous to local charities, several of which I’ve either attended or organized. My favorite time at Uncorked is dining with them for their Sunday brunch ! Proud to take visitors from out of town to share the Uncorked experience with them too.

Went during the soft opening and had a great experience. The charcuterie board was fantastic, and the wine we had was perfect with it. The decor is lovely, great place for a romantic date night!
