Uncorked is an absolutely INCREDIBLE place! A hidden gem that we didn’t know existed until recently. We tried it for date night and were blown away with the food, the service, the atmosphere, and the music.

Jazz is something that truly makes the soul fulfilled and there are very few places that exist in Pittsburgh to enjoy it. We met Don, who is a 96 year old sax player…yes 96! He can still jam like a pro and we had an amazing conversation with him. His son and granddaughter will be accompanying him next week – 3 generations on the same stage! We also met a regular – Marty – who comes the whole way from Fayette County because of this place. That should tell you enough about how special it is.

To Corey who was behind the bar all night night long and never stopped – thanks for treating us so well but more importantly, thanks for coming up with the concept and seeing it through for over a year now.

As for food, my steak was prepared perfectly and the plating was beautiful. My wife had the pistachio pesto with homemade pasta. Untouchable!

Do yourself a favor and add Uncorked to your list of places to experience. You won’t be disappointed, I promise!

This is my second time at Uncorked. It was an amazing experience once again. I worked in fine dining and am in high end sales. I had a table of 14 to celebrate my birthday. We all got different entree’s and everyone was raving about their dinners the next day as well. The staff and owners are professional and friendly. The live jazz music is a plus. The drinks are priced well and made with love. Everyone needs to experience this restaurant. It is a bit far from us but we are making a point to visit once a month!

Perfect night out! Service is top notch, everything we ordered was high quality and fresh. We loved the espresso martinis, and the talented jazz act was the perfect volume. Will be back for sure.

Uncorked in Sharpsburg is a hidden gem! The atmosphere is warm and stylish, with live jazz that makes the night feel special. The small plates and entrees are creative and delicious — especially the roasted carrots and handmade pastas. Cocktails are spot-on, whiskey sour? YES PLEASE! and the wine list has something for everyone. Service is genuine and friendly, and the whole experience feels elevated yet relaxed. Perfect for date night, a night with friends, or anyone who loves great food and music. I will definitely be back!

We had the loveliest time! No reservations available but two seats available at the bar. The food was excellent, the bartenders and servers were very attentive. Entertainment was wonderful. We will definitely be back.

Very cool spot. Nice live jazz. All the food was delish. The apps , salads and the cajun shrimp alfredo was outstanding. The salmon was amazing. We will be back for sure.

The place is adorable. The jazz was great. The service was bad because they have a young girl who knows nothing waiting tables, which can be annoying.
The food was AWFUL! Truly awful. They need a chef. I am not sure how they can both drown pasta in garlic cream sauce and yet make it with zero flavor. The shrimp were extremely hard and tasteless. The beet salad was also tasteless. How can that even be? GET A CHEF or you’ll be out of business soon and that’s a shame because again the place is gorgeous and they seem very nice there.

The ambiance and atmosphere were awesome but not as amazing as our waitress Breeanna Mae Treese We were a big party celebrating a 70th. Birthday party! And she never missed a beat smiling the whole time, so pretty

This is probably one of my favorite biweekly treats for myself. I love coming here. The food and drink are delicious. The service is god tier. I’m not the biggest fan of jazz music, but the live music isn’t overbearing or too much.

I’ve been here a handful of times now, and the bartender remembers the ratio I like in my martinis and they’re always helpful with recommendations.

Amazing gin selection, especially for botanical gin.

I’m happy Sharpsburg has a nice spot for live music and good food.
