Best cafe in Burbank. I love every one of their sandwiches. It not only presents high quality but excellent customer service and treatment. I love the taste of their tuna sandwich which can’t be compared to any other sandwich I’ve tried.

Finally stopped in this cute little café in Burbank today, for a late lunch. My Venice (caprese) sandwich is delicious! It comes with a soda (for $1 more, they let me upgrade to sparkling water, since I don’t like soda) and chips, with a side of sliced yellow peppers and a side of sliced green olives. They even gave me a stick of chewing gum for after!
Outside, there’s even a water bowl, in case you want to bring your dog along for lunch.
The owners, Rubik and Klar, are lovely people. This place is great for grabbing a freshly-made sandwich. Will definitely be back.

Yesterday, while I was treating my mother-in-law to a detailed car service for Mother’s Day, I stumbled upon UncleZ Cafe. Stepping inside, I was immediately captivated by the inviting ambiance, impeccable cleanliness, and the fresh, organic charm that infused every corner. Meeting the owner, Rubik, was a delight; his passion and dedication were palpable as he shared his story. Every bite I savored was a testament to the care and love put into each dish. As I shared my experience on Instagram, friends began reaching out, eager to know the location. Even my wife and mother-in-law requested a taste of what I had enjoyed. I highly recommend the UncleZ Special and their refreshing orange juice for a mouthwatering breakfast or lunch experience.

Must visit local gem! I am so happy to find this cafe which serves healthy food at affordable prices. The owners were amazing, very nice people! And the food is spectacular! We had the Lucca and Milan sandwiches. (I know the names intrigued me and had to ask if they were Italian ). Both were very delicious, flavorful and you can really tell that the ingredients are top quality and healthy. The bread were fresh and you can really tell that their food was prepared with love. Plus, the serving was huge! Truly worth your money. Great people! Very welcoming, gracious and friendly. They even had us taste the ice cream (one of the best ice creams I’ve had) on the house. Check out this cafe guys, take my word for it! You will not regret it! Amazing people! Great ambiance! Healthy, appetizing and delicious food!

one of the best cold subs i have ever tried whth their out of this world coffee.
This is my second review next day. It was so good I had to come back and try their pastrami… wooooowwww!!! It’s a must try!!! Also you can’t beat the price of $14.99 with soda and chips included with 2 small sides. I sure will be back soon!

Best Turkish/Armenian coffee I have ever had. The sandwiches were like home made ones. I asked the owner why it was so good and cheap in price at the same time. The husband and wife (owners) who are extremely friendly told me their view of life which is not about money, but love and service and community. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND !
