Uncle Vinny’s pizza was a regrettable experience from start to finish. The moment I laid eyes on the sorry excuse for a pizza they served up, I knew I was in for a disappointing meal. The crust was not just bland; it was downright offensive, resembling more of a stale cracker than anything resembling authentic pizza dough. It lacked any semblance of flavor or texture, leaving me wondering if it had been sitting out for days.
And don’t even get me started on the sauce. It was as if they had forgotten to add any seasoning whatsoever, resulting in a bland, watery mess that did nothing to enhance the sad excuse for a crust. I could have forgiven the lackluster crust and sauce if the toppings had redeemed the pizza, but alas, they were equally dismal. The cheese was rubbery and tasteless, while the few sad slices of pepperoni seemed like an afterthought, lacking any flavor or freshness.
Overall, Uncle Vinny’s pizza was a culinary travesty that I wouldn’t wish upon my worst enemy. Save yourself the disappointment and opt for literally any other pizza joint in town. Your taste buds will thank you.

Our favorite pizza place hands down! The owner and manager are the kindest, hardworking people you’ll ever meet! I’m so happy we found them and are so close to their location in Hudson, Florida! We are always greeted with smiles and the best customer service! If you’re in Hudson, stop by and grab a slice or a whole pie! They have a wide range of delicious dishes as well!

Since we found Uncle Vinny’s we have ordered 2 large pizzas every Wednesday. Then we ordered garlic knots one week and can’t live without them. My whole family orders on Wednesdays, that is 14 of us having a pizza party each week.

We ordered 2 pizzas and brought them home, they were dried up, burnt, and hard as a rock. I am from New York, and realize Florida pizza isn’t the same, but this was terrible. Jordan would not refund our money or Offer to make more pies for us. I wouldn’t even give it one star. Lousy customer service.

the sauce was very good but applied pretty thin I would have like to have tasted the sauce a little more. I asked for it to be cooked at a light well done and they cooked it just they way I like it. Honest review time- Vinny’s pizzeria does not really set their self apart from any other pizzeria in the area. They have good pizza but I would rate it equally with the rest of the local pizzerias in the area. Hopefully they can fine-tune their ingredients to make the best pizza in the area hands-down.I will definitely be returning to update my reveiw. My experience comes from traveling all around the country, trying different pizza spots inChicago, New York, jersey Pennsylvania, California. Indiana, etc. and also Canada best of luck to the company and I hope plenty success

The best new York style pizza I have had in Florida. I also have had many other things on their menu and have not been disappointed. Absolutely loved the garlic knots. But the pizza is the best. Have to say that the pricing on the menu is very affordable. Was surprised because of amount of great food that I received. My new favorite place to eat!!!
