This review is long overdue! I visited Uncle Tim’s food truck in August 2024. I visited the food truck with a large group! It was a great atmosphere for us to order food and enjoy each other’s company. The food was amazing! I ordered catfish, potato salad, and fried okra. The pictures don’t do the portions justice, as I had already eaten most of the friend okra – ope! Thank you to the Uncle Tim’s Food Truck team for giving us such a positive, memorable experience!

This is the best fried chicken sandwich and fried okra I’ve ever had in my entire life.
I ate out on the patio and while it’s blazing hot outside, Uncle Tim’s keeps the patio nice and cool

We have high standards on barbecue and I always try to find the best wherever we go. Well, I found it at Uncle Tim’s!
We ordered pulled pork sandwich with fries and slaw and the rib dinner with beans and okra. Everything was delicious and service was friendly. We will definitely be back.

Five stars all around, from the moment we called to confirm the location until we pulled off the lot, Uncle Tim’s was a pleasurable experience. I ordered the 2 piece fish. Y’all, I generally NEVER even entertain tartar sauce, however this was different. The tartar sauce was SEASONED! It was great! I was so impressed. The coleslaw was also pretty good. If the sides and condiments were impressive y’all already know the fish was great. I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Tim’s. I’ll be returning!

Food was OK. Just ok. Fish was thin & wasn’t good as the reviews mentioned. Fries was soggy. You might as well go to slims for chicken tenders. Only good thing from order was sauce and baked beans! Place is too expensive for the lack luster order. Do not recommend this place.

I have yet to have a bad dish from Uncle Tim’s. The Catfish is the best. I usually get the Beans. They are the best. My favorite unusual dish is the BBQ mess. The meat is tender, plus,the addition of the Beans, slaw and bread really works. It is tasty. Well worth the trip to 286 and Skunk Hollow Road.
