Ordered a Thai milk tea with Boba with no line in front of me. Took 20 mins to get it and it had almost no thai tea in it. Paid extra for the Boba that was still hard in the center. I usually love uncle sharkii but this left me feeling unsatisfied and ignored. I was in a rush and thirsty so I tried to drink it but it was practically just sugar and milk with gross boba.

I used to really enjoy this place when it first opened — the quality was excellent, and everything felt fresh. Unfortunately, the food has gone downhill recently. The rice was dry and tasted like it had been sitting around since yesterday. The crab was cold and had an icy texture, which made it unappetizing. I ordered tuna and salmon, but was disappointed to find only a few small pieces. I hope they can bring back the quality that made them stand out in the beginning.

Excellent service ! Tremendous flavor and taste. The salmon and ahi tuna was a 10 out of 10!! I would’ve give them 5 stars but they skimp on the protein (salmon and ahi tuna) little pieces ! The salad and the rice was on point !! I haven’t had a good tasting poke bowl in a long time.

Ordered the salmon and ahi tuna and was very disappointed. My fish taste bad and it smelled bad and had a long hair in my food. I called instantly and she hung up on me and I was very nice. Wasted $15 on a meal and never again.

I went to order today my food and apart of expensive I got robbed because it was a take out and so I had a poke bowl with two spam musubi that I did not got in my bag and I noticed wen I was taking the food out. The food was all like soggy and barley had some tuna or salmon in it. I end up paying 30 dollars for only disappointment

I waited over 20 min. For my food. The food is good but the computers are awful they do not alert the workers. Which when they found out the worked fast and got me my food and apologized. Please fix your computers for contact less ordering.
