All I have to say is.. over 20 years I have gone to this location and I have never been disappointed.
I recently moved back to EB the past year, and I choose these guys weekly sometimes.
Great food, amazing staff and professionalism, great food for your dollar.
Even ordering 30 minutes before they close.. (I do not recommended that for anywhere..), they were pleasant, food was spot on, they even added some extra ranch considering the additions I added.

Seems every time I place an order to Uncle Sams Pizza there is something wrong with our food the way it’s made, something missing etc. however, today when I placed an order, it seems as though the delivery person is scared of people, I don’t know if they were male or female because he/she left our food on the steps rather than knocking at the door to let us know they were there and give us our food, not to mention when I opened my pizza as you can see in the pictures, the cheese and toppings had all slid off the top and was on the pizza box. I question how Uncle sams has stayed in business for so long, also when I called and talked to the manager, he mentioned that he had new drivers and new staff, which I’ve noticed they have a very high turnaround.

I have been coming here for the better part of three decades and the last sandwich I got was just the last straw. Food is always been decent however 13 bucks for sandwich that had almost no meat was unacceptable. They get two stars because of the history but they also have a habit of putting cold subs on top of the pizza oven to heat up.

My name is Pauline Boucher. I go to Uncle Sam’s every Friday before I go out and I am happy with my meal most of the time. There have been a few times that my meal was not as expected.. Last night I got the grinder of the month and I asked for light mayo. My receipt says light mayo. There was so much mayo on my grinder that it made my bread soggy. I was not happy about this at all because as a regular customer I expect to get what I asked for when I order especially when it states what I want on my receipt

My advice dont other ahead i was very specific on add peppers& pickles on a LG sub got there paid drove off. Got home no pickles or yellow peppers ! Tonight. I waz there saw Mgr give away free LG pizza telling them ” todays you’re lucky day , next customer paid for food then she said grab a free 2liter. Must be nice to get free fppd& drinks. Friends with Mgr and customer service is mediocre. Disappointed

Ordered food for delivery at 5:25 PM, estimated delivery time was 6:10-6:20… 7:10 PM and still waiting for our food.
Update: Food finally came at 7:20. Sub that I ordered was OPEN IN THE BAG! Not even wrapped up, just thrown in the bag (photo shows it just how I pulled it from the bag). Chicken tenders and fries were mostly cold. Threw it all out. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone so I’ll be disputing the charge through my bank to get my money back. Delivery kid said something about managers quitting and the place was a disaster. Sorry, but not my problem. Stop taking orders if things are that bad instead of taking people’s money and delivering disgusting food!

We order from here at least once a week, we called in an order on a Saturday and an employee named Darlene got on the phone and informed us we had credit that she put towards our order and also made sure that we got the best deal for the order we placed. Our food arrived on time and she made sure we had extra sauce and condiments, overall great customer service, especially from her!
