Amazing! Uncle Roy’s BBQ is absolutely fantastic! Our first time there and we are most definitely returning! We were greeted with smiles and friendly service. The brisket was juicy and so flavorful! Their sides and portions are top notch!! My brisket potato was stacked, lol, enough for 2!!! If you go please don’t skip out on their fresh lemonade and desserts!

I ordered the barbecue brisket sandwich to go and I ordered it moist however, when I got home, I saw the sandwich and it was so dry so overcooked there was absolutely no flavor. Hopefully this was just a bad batch, but I was very unsatisfied with my food, the potato salad was good. The beans were just regular beans no flavor to them. I would give those maybe a six out of 10. but the really really disappointing item was the brisket.

Bought the uncle Roy plate, potato salad was amazing, probably one of the best ones I’ve had ever. Beans and rice, nothing to call home about, below average at best, rice was a little hard. The sausage was alright, not bad at all, nothing special.The chicken tho, it was nice and soft but lacked flavor. also I feel a little miss-led because since it’s a bbq place I expected the chicken to be smoked and I feel like it’s maybe smoked for a little bit at most and then finished off in the oven(to be fair u guys never advertised it as smoked chicken). The chicken Dosent have that nice dry crispy outside like smoked chicken should or a smoke ring, it’s more of a rotisserie style. Bbq definitely feels homemade, none of that super sweet store bought stuff, it’s a nice flavorful and balanced sauce, just a little too runny, but flavor is 10/10. Service was super fast, window lady was super nice and it smells like a bbq place should, nice and smokey. But hey for 9 bucks and it comes with a can of coke, it’s definitely a bang for your buck, but I wouldn’t mind paying more for the same plate if the sides get better and the chicken starts being fully seasoned and smoked throughly

If I could give it 6 ☆’s I definitely would…I saw a video on tik-tok about it and I went as soon as I could…I took my mother and she asked for original bb-q sauce and the owner himself “Javier” whipped her some up real quick. I got the beef rib plate with 2 slices of brisket added and I got exactly what I wanted. Amy our server was awesome and very helpful. She had great recommendations and a positive attitude. Thank you all the staff. I saw a review that mentioned “small portions” and I totally disagree as a matter of fact I couldn’t finish my beans or rice and the ribs were huge. I will definitely be a regular here…

Great experience during this bbq visit. Great pricing for the delicious meal served and their dessert cheesecake items are legit. I would still prefer a little more meat on my bones, but overall, no complaints, and the service was excellent despite the large crowd.

Excellent BBQ, we had the brisket plate and the stuffed baked potato, carry out, pictures attached. We thoroughly enjoyed both dishes. Smoker was going and the smell was great. Not that big of a place inside and the menu is mostly limited to BBQ items. If you want BBQ highly recommend Uncle Roy’s.
