Food was pretty good. We ordered pulled pork which was amazing And loaded fries with the brisket, that was really good as well. Our sides were green beans, potato salad, sweet potato, and Mac and cheese. They were all pretty good besides the Mac and cheese. It was cheesy but needed more flavor. Also, the sweet potato’s were cold. Also wish the portions were bigger for the price we paid. I was still hungry after I ate my food.

This place is a treat. It’s a solid BBQ joint that has a great variety of food. I recommend getting there early because they go through stuff fast! The pork and brisket are delicious, their brisket chili is also really good. All of their sides have been tasty so far, my favorite is obviously the sweet potatoes.

Very mediocre BBQ food. Definitely tastes like it was not made that same day, or even the day before. The ribs were cold, the pulled pork/chicken was lukewarm, but the brisket was OK. The corn bread was a huge disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend. There are much better places around. Maybe if you got here the say it’s cooked it would be good, but this was not….

Picked some up on a whim cause I was passing by on my way home. Best BBQ I’ve had in a while. This potato salad is spot on (mustard base perhaps?) And the coleslaw is acidic (my preference) but has carrots that add a bit of sweetness so I imagine it would be tasty to those who prefer it sweet as well. Pulled and whole chicken options. Good cornbread ….10/10

I got the Briskett platter with FF & Cole Slaw….. The bag was so light I asked the girl if everything was in the bag… To my surprise she said yes!!
The Briskett was good (nothing special) the Cole Slaw was good… The FF were also good. For $20.00 I thought it could have been better. I don’t mind paying for good food but this was far from what I expected….. Sorry I won’t be back….

Ok, so I went to college in Texas so the bar (no pun intended) is set pretty high.
That being said, Uncle Pigs is just right at 3 stars. The brisket tasted like pot roast with BBQ sauce on it. The pulled pork sandwich was pretty good. Seating is very limited so you are better off doing take out.

I’ve only been here once, but I’ll be back. I had their brisket sandwich and it was near perfect. My son had a cheese steak. I don’t know how it tasted, but it was on the small side.

I got a pulled pork burger sandwich it had pulled pork and than a burger party
No lettuce tom or onion which I thought was weird but whatever there the professionals.the pulled pork over powered the buger.should have just got a pulled pork sandwich was kind of disappointed. The way the menu made it seem and way it tasted didnt line up.the pulled pork was delicious though and there bbq sauce was good. I would reccomend it just try something else .the meal I got was around $13.00 . …good luck happy journeys

The best BBQ ever me and my kids found our new favorite place. Not only are all the meat amazing so are the sides. The staff is so sweet too. And a big congratulations to there one year anniversary

Was charged a $4.00 upcharge to replace brisket with a 1/4 rack of ribs then didn’t get either of them. I called and the girl couldn’t do anything about it. I asked her to have the owner call me. They did not. It cost $59.69 for 2 take out meals and I didn’t even were get what I paid for.
