I’ve been ordering here for over 20 years. Was a big fan, however, buyer beware- there’s a hidden delivery fee attached. I ordered two general tsao’s, $12 each, and an order of spring rolls, $4. And added a $4 tip. My total was $38 something. I called back to inquire. The lady just laughed me off. I can only order out once a month, as a treat, because of my money. I can’t afford this!!
Front of the menu says, “delivery over $12”.
No idea why it’s not clear that there is a fee?
I can’t go back. $10 is a lot for me. Mind you, there’s also tax…. Ugh

I called november eighth I ordered my usual general tsao chicken it was sweeter than usual.I called and complained the same day. The gentleman told me next time I called I would get it sent out correctly. I told them I would wait until the time I had no food. I called today at 12.The gentleman spoke to me told me the driver will be in an hour.They will make my meal extra spicy and send it. I called in an hour.A woman answered told me there was no driver called back in thirty minutes. I called back in 30 minutes.I got told the same thing by her again. Now it’s been hours at 7 PM.They still supposedly have no driver for her to send me my meal. She is basically refusing to honor their makeup for the mistake. I order there all the time.I tip them all the time. Then when I finally call back for what is owed , they treat me like a joke 0 Satisfaction from here on out I will not go back. If they can’t make right for the money I spend , I will bring my money elsewhere. Horrible customer service they played games and acted like I was a joke.

Don’t understand all of the bad reviews. Been ordering from here for years. It is slightly greasy but the food is great. The chicken is always crispy unlike other Chinese restaurants. And the price can’t be beat. Love the general tsos chicken combo.

Do not go here. The food is gross. The noodles were slimy. The soup must have been hot water because that’s what it tastes like. The barbecue spare ribs on the bone had no barbecue sauce on them and were undercooked.
I do not recommend this place. Health inspectors should investigate this establishment. Something isn’t right. Yuck!

Food was super fresh and hot. Tasted really nice, smelled great and the atmosphere was dim lit and very quiet and relaxing.

We bought Mei fun and sweet and sour chicken, it was terrible. The Mei fun was made with thin spaghetti instead of rice noodles and was over cooked, clumped together…disgusting. The sweet and sour chicken was hard as a rock and not edible. At 12.99 a dish we were very disappointed. Not sure if there is a new cook or someone just not caring but serving good paying customers that food isn’t going to bring repeat business or recommendations through word of mouth. The only thing that wasn’t cooked poorly was the rice. Hope it improves because we have enjoyed ordering from them previously and would like to someday again.
