So so so happy to have this business close to home! My twin girls and I have visited here twice this week. Our goal is to narrow down our favorite Italian ice flavors! Mine is the original Lemon; twins like Creamsicle, Lime and Honeydoo. Coconut is creamy, cherry is chunky, even bubble gum had chunks of gum in it. My husband tried the chocolate peanut butter ice cream. He enjoyed it very much. We cannot wait to visit again…and again, and again! Perfection on a hot day, although I would definitely visit during a winter blizzard as well

By far the best Italian ice and ice cream I’ve ever had. The owner is very charismatic and passionate about what he does. He highly enjoys recommending combinations to you based off of what you enjoy. Tons of flavors to choose from. Very accommodating to food allergies, the owner asked the moment we walked in about them to be sure what he offered was okay for us to have. I could not highly recommend this place more. Free samples offered, what they have is absolutely delicious.

Rocko very kindly asked if we needed an explanation as we stared at the menu, and brought us inside. He very patiently explained all the options. I consider this way above and beyond what a normal ice cream shop would do. Really made it all the more enjoyable. Ice cream was great too

Went last summer. Did not have the flavor I wanted, never once happened at other locations. Had 5 people working the window completely unorganized. Had kids (multiple) seemingly under working age handing products through the window multiple arms reaching in and out at once. Service in general low quality. My families last time going the line was so poorly managed we left and so did other groups off the end of the line. It is clear the owner treats this as a side hustle/investment and is not a food industry person and not taking it seriously. The ice itself is not as good as I was used to. Had known other locations previously but decided to give this a try since it’s in town show support and shorter drive… but after trying multiple times and giving them second chances it was failure after failure and never been back since- never will. Drive the extra distance for high quality product, nice people, and good service. The reason I go to other locations is because of their reputation and the relationships they have built which is why I will always drive further and take it home (and still tastes better after bringing it home triple the distance). I also eat Louie gs probably 10-15 times per month while open.

Would have taken photos of the ice creams we ordered, but they were so good so we were too busy eating and forgot to!
The staff were very friendly and helpful in picking out the flavors (she generously helped us in sampling them). We sat in the back of the store – plenty space for the four of us & we came at a less busy time.
Will definitely come back to try more flavors and take pictures next time – their scoops are very pleasing to look at!
