So disappointing – awful customer service and food. Called in two pizzas shortly after 3PM on Friday for my son’s birthday party in hopes our pizzas wouldn’t be rushed during prime time- boy was I wrong. Went to pick up the pizzas to find only one was made- although I paid almost $50 for two- due to the new worker not sending it back to the kitchen. An honest learning mistake. But the girl in the back brought the one pizza, actually made for my order, to me and kept saying “isn’t this a beautiful pizza for someone who’s never made pizzas before”. She literally said this on repeat as if to convince me it was great. Odd. The second pizza they took from another order after mine as it was a buffalo chicken and as she went to slice it I could hear the crackling of the hard crust from a distance but thought.. maybe that’s normal? Who am I to know, I don’t make pizzas there. Well I should have said something then. Got home to find BOTH pizzas were so absolutely burnt/overcooked we couldn’t even eat them. The cheese was rubbery, the chicken dried to heck, the crust was so hard it crumbled into pieces when you attempted to break it. I was shocked and appalled. I am all for teaching new staff how to make pizza but this is unacceptable. Their first go ahead should not be sent out the door as clearly it takes practice. So I call Uncle Junes and I speak with Max. I ask to speak with a manager and he states there’s no one there. No management on a Friday night? I expressed my issue and shared my information and was told I should hear back from someone. Well it’s Monday and haven’t heard a thing. I even responded to a text review from toast with my issues. Shameful. Don’t waste your money.

Not enough stars ⭐️ to give! I’ve live all over the east coast and this goes in my top 5 best pizza ever!! The cheesesteak can hold its own against any Philly cheesesteak in the state of PA! My only critique is to wear gloves cause I came in and saw nobody with gloves on!

First time customer here. This sweet little pizza shop in White Oak that used to be Rockaway Pizza (which I have yet to try) is pizza at its finest. Uncle June’s delivers amazing flavor and perfectly portioned quality ingredients at an amazing price. Ordered a pepperoni pie and boy oh boy my son and I made noises while we were eating it on the way home. A bit of a drive from me but will definitely return for more pizza and to try that mouthwatering cheesesteak hoagie I heard about. I am a bit of a pizza snob and don’t enjoy Pittsburgh pizza that much, but Uncle June’s has been placed on my list of greats here in the Burgh!

We have tried Uncle June’s Pizzeria 3 times. Anyone who is leaving a review after 1 visit? This is a brand new business – they have excellent food and will work out the kinks (online ordering, etc). Each time, the food has been amazing! People complain about the price, but I would rather pay more for top quality food. Great job and we will be back for more!

Over all this pizza was phenomenal. We ordered a margarita pizza. Our only issue was at least 1/3 didn’t have cheese. Several slices had none. I had fresh mozzarella at home to add and put in air fryer. It had more basil than most places which is a great bonus! Crust and sauce were excellent! I’ll be back even if I have to keep extra cheese at home!

Special shout-out: the cheesesteak. This thing is massive and delicious ls piled high with tender, well-seasoned beef, melty cheese, and just the right amount of sautéed onions and I added mushrooms. It’s the kind of sandwich that makes you pause mid-bite and appreciate the craftsmanship.
Highly recommended for anyone in or around White Oak who values bold flavors, amazing smells and a menu that knows how to satisfy cravings.
Honestly my pizzas weren’t consistent one was thin and flopped, the other was the loveliest fluffy texture. However I am still leaving them a glowing review, I definitely think this Pizzaria needs entered in the best pizza in PA contest. The smells alone are absolute incredible.
Oh and on a side note there are 6 people in my family, do you have any idea how impossible it is to find a place everyone agrees on. Lets just say I’m glad I made my buzzer beater to get the last hoagie roll, by the time I got around to a second slice there wasn’t any

The food is amazing!!! The Cheesesteak is the best I’ve ever had and I lived near Philly! Love the pizza and the Baked Ziti! I like every pizza I’ve tried. The Honey Pie and the Buffalo Chicken are favorites!

Delicious and super friendly staff! Their pepperoni pizza had a generous spread of pepperoni and the Sammy’s are better than what I’d expect from a pizzeria. You can also tell the ingredients are quality. I love that they prefer online ordering… who doesn’t! We drove 30 minutes one way and I’ll do it again!

The cheesesteak here is a MUST TRY. If you can only try one thing on the menu, the cheesesteak is it, you will not be disappointed. The pizza is also comparable to Rockaway, very high quality ingredients, the white pizza slice is so good! Will definitely be back.
