Ive been here about 3 times. First time crabs were a little under cooked at least i knew it was fresh. Second time they were perfect. This last time i got the jumbo crab combo and all 3 were completely mush. They were barely cleaned out. Trashing them and never going back.

I ordered a spicy seafood boil. The seafood part was extremely fresh and tasty .I didn’t like how there was not enough gravy or sauce I think adding more sauce and putting the crab boil in a bag so everything is saturated would be good. Broccoli tends to be mushy and potatoes are grilled, which is not what I’m normally used to in a crab boil, I think if they put all the ingredients in a bag, boil the potatoes versus grilling them and add a lot more sauce they would easily be a 5 Star Pl. all around.

Overall, Uncle Joe’s is a good places to go for a quick meal, and their menu includes a variety of fish. I’m giving three stars is because I got a grilled salmon platter with two sides. One of the sides was asparagus that was lifeless and overcooked. When vegetables are overcooked they no longer have nutrients. I was disappointed because I eat food for the nutritional benefits but this place is not for healthy eaters.

Uncle joes did not miss. We ordered a dozen large blue crabs, and they were amazing. Seasoned to perfection, juicy, and left us wanting more. They were also affordable.Ill definitely be returning.
