Fantastic sandwich shop with that authentic east coast deli feel. The food is incredible but even just walking in the door transports you out of Idaho and into an incredible world of flavor. There are also all sorts of pastries, drinks, pastas, and other Italian ingredients and products on offer that add to the ambience and would likely not be available anywhere else.
Highly recommend this establishment. I will definitely be back.

the family owners / operators are “salt of the earth” folks, the prices reasonable and the food is fantastic !!
wish i lived here so i could eat my way through the menu. everything looks great (well, i’m not an eggplant fan but i’d still try it just for the sauce).
call before you visit to be sure they’re open; as they run it themselves they make sure they take a break every three months or so and “get away”. wildly happy for them that they can do that and appreciate them bringing a slice of New York City to Idaho.

Uncle Giuseppe’s is a hidden gem tucked in Garden City! the kind of place that makes you pause mid-bite like, “wait… why is this so good?”
I grabbed the Philly and it was straight-up comfort food done right: juicy, savory, and stacked in a way that feels both generous and dangerous (in the best way). My only regret is not getting the full sub… because the moment I finished, I immediately wanted Round 2.
If you’re anywhere nearby, do yourself a favor and stop in and don’t make my mistake..get the full sub!

This place is the real deal! I got the #16 which was recommended to me as their most popular option and it was outstanding! They slice the deli meat right in front of you upon ordering! Everything was so fresh and the service was so polite! We were just passing though Boise or else I would be coming back immediately! If you’re in the area, YOU NEED to come here!

Stopped by Uncle Giuseppe’s in Garden City and had a great experience. I ordered the #17 Good Fellas—packed with flavor and just the right balance of ingredients. My boyfriend went with the Dean Martin, which was hearty and satisfying, a real classic. We couldn’t resist finishing off with a cannoli, and it did not disappoint—crispy shell, creamy filling, and just sweet enough. The vibe was welcoming and the portions generous. Definitely a spot worth revisiting when you’re craving Italian comfort food.

Hands down the best sandwich I’ve had in Idaho! My husband and I both got the Frank Sinatra sandwiches and tomato soup, and tiramisu, one of each cannolis, Italian wedding cookies and some praline truffles…to say we’re obsessed with every thing we got is an understatement! And the owner was so sweet and fun to talk to. We’ll definitely be back!

Went here for lunch today with my man and we had an excellent experience. We ordered the Philly cheesesteak with a side of sun dried tomato and kalamata olive pasta salad. The sandwhich was full of meat and cheese very flavorful. The salad was rich and vibrant. We also ordered the cannoli which was heavenly. Service was very friendly and welcoming and we left full and happy. Can’t wait to go back and try more items from the menu it was so hard to choose.

If you are looking for an amazing sandwich and great vibes, this is the place to check out! I finally made a point to stop here for lunch and I am SO GLAD! Smaller seating area inside, and a few outdoor tables to enjoy lunch! There was a line, but the owner got thru the orders quick, and it was WELL worth waiting a little bit for! The menu is extensive and has something for everyone! I can’t wait to come back and try more sandies and some of their soups that looked AMAZING! Truly check out this gem, Boise is lucky to have them!
