We are a family owned ice cream shop serving up our own blend of soft serve and a variety of scoopable flavors. We also have Shakes, Malts, Flurries, Slushies, and our Wall of Sundaes. In addition we now have homemade pizzas, chicken wings, chili dogs, french fries, etc. We have indoor seating at our new location across the street that used to be a bank. So stop by and have a treat while you sit in The Vault Room.

The staff were really friendly and patient with 3 kids. My daughter ordered one scoop of ice cream and was generously served with a large portion. My son ordered a strawberry milkshake, which was very good and creamy. We ordered 3 parfaits, which we all enjoyed, and they even made mine specific to me since I am not much of a chocolate fan. The whipped cream was delicious and light. In the seating area, there was a shuffleboard that the kids enjoyed playing. There was plenty of seating and was clean.

We stopped here after coming home from our cottage on the lake. Very friendly and hard working staff. Ice cream is fantastic and it’s extremely smooth/creamy. We ordered 2 chili dogs and the quality of food is on point! The hotdogs were jumbo sized and all beef. The onion rings were really tasty as well. We will definitely be coming here all summer long. Highly recommend Uncle Davey’s for amazing ice cream and food!

Imagine you step into a portal and when you come out the other side, it’s 1960 and you’re in the best ice cream shop there ever was. That’s what this place is like. I got raspberry waffle nachos with chocolate ice cream and it was mind blowingly good.

Great ice cream and hot food! The onion rings were very good for a quick stop for food. I’ve never been before and even though the food was good the attitude from the staff wasn’t all that great. I was a little disappointed after all the reviews said the staff was friendly. Unfortunately it wasn’t a great first experience hospitality wise. The moment my order was getting taken the young lady helping me was not welcoming and looked very unhappy to be there.

What a wonderful surprise coming home I had the Peanut butter crunch sundae and my husband had a Tin roof it was a small and the girls did a FANTASTIC job the sundaes were yummy!!

I’m from a nearby town of Petersburg…and we went looking for something special, but not ‘big brand’ for a sweet treat. We found Uncle Dave’s! Not a one of us had something we didn’t just love…but we were mostly impressed with my daughter’s Ice Cream nachos!
