my absolute favorite weekend place! today i got the pulled pork dinner plate, there’s nothing like ordering a pork sandwich and watching the meat come straight off the smoker & chopped for your sandwich. the pork is so tender and falls apart while holding so much flavor. i got it spicy today with a side of mac n cheese and their amazing cabbage. as a cabbage lover, this is the best ever and i look forward to it each time.

I had Uncle C’s for the first time this past weekend. The owners, a mother and son, were extremely nice and helpful. They operate out of their food truck amd the food they are putting out is amazing! We had the dark and white jerk bbq, bbq ribs, pulled pork, mac & cheese, and rice & beans. Everything was well-seasoned and tasty. The chicken and ribs were cooked to perfection and the sauce was on point. We will definitely be visiting again…soon!

This establishment served through Fooda. I ordered a plate with rices/beans and green beans. Paid $15. When I received my food I was given a sandwich with sides . When I went back and showed I ordered a chopped plate, the gentlemen was rude, stating the sandwich comes with a plate. I stated that is not what the menu online states.
He said that is Fooda and if I would have come to see him instead of ordering online I could have told him. He was very rude. Did not even offer to rectify the issue. In addition my food was cold!
This is UNACCEPTABLE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will not patronize this business again.

The food was so good I had to get them to do our wedding! Its a small business and the owners are the sweetest people you will ever meet. This is literally the best BBQ I’ve ever had!

Uncle C’s BBQ is amazing. The jerk chicken and the sides are delicious, and homemade. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere made the experience even better. Can’t wait to come back to eat here.
