This is an AMAZING location! Ellie is an AMAZING bartender who actually knows how to make a Old Fashioned. No 7-Up! And is sooooo charismatic. You’ll feel like besties after 2 minutes! Amazing human being. Kari is an exceptional cook who made me one of the BEST mushroom and onion burger I HAVE EVER HAD . . . ANYWHERE! This bar and grill is a MUST if you ever visit Ottumwa, Iowa!

Great bar! The staff was very friendly, the service was great, and the food was amazing!! The burgers were JUICY and cooked to perfection. Lots of TVs, all on football. Can’t say enough about this place. Ya’ll ROCK!!!

I enjoyed the tenderloin sandwich. It was actually so big that, by the time I finished eating everything hanging off bun, I was pretty comfortable and brought the rest home. Waffle fries were tasty. My wife got the loaded nachos (I don’t remember the actual name.) They were served on toasted pita chips. I gave them a taste and, while the chips were okay (a little thick and harder to keep the toppings on) the beef tasted like there was none of the traditional taco/nacho seasoning.
Would have liked a good stout or porter but there were none available. Settled for a Jim Beam and Coke. Was a decent pour which was welcome.

This last go ’round I had the breakfast burger. It was great. I’ll definitely have it again. This was also my first time in since the remodel. Replacing the dividing wall with a bar for extra seating was probably the best thing they could have done. It feels so much more open and brighter. I really liked this last visit
