Uncle Bobby’s is a super fresh delicious food truck. Highly recommend. Reasonable prices and high quality food that you’ll be hard pressed to find anywhere else. Located at the Warehouse 3540 it’s a great spot to get lunch and chill. The food is always good. My favorite when available is the fish tacos (need to add pic). Today I had the Cali burrito which was plenty of food for if you’re hungry. Honestly you can’t go wrong with anything on their menu. Plus if you’re nice maybe uncle Bobby will make your tacos spicy (if you’re in to that kind of thing!).
Also it’s nice that Uncle Bobby’s is located next to Fresh Shave so you can have a good meal and get shave ice after.
Parking – super easy. If slots fill up front just drive around the warehouse for more in the back.

One of the best taco locations I have eaten at. Had the chicken tacos and it was delightful! I will be going back a few times on my trip. The owners were such a joy to talk with. Adventurous people. They are so far the best taco I’ve had in the island. Can’t wait to get more of their food in my belly.

Uncle Bobby’s is one of those places you drive out of the way for because you know you’ll get something great. We had the catch of the day tacos and california burrito. Some of the best food you’ll eat here on the island and can’t recommend it enough. My wife and I honestly thought this was the best fish taco we have ever had! The ambiance is great with tons of little shops. The portions will easily fill you up. You’ll be happy you came.

I got the fish tacos and they were more than pretty great! The perfect amount of limes were cut and placed with my tacos that I could hand squeeze myself!
Uncle’s Bobby’s is a husband and wife duo and I absolutely love seeing the teamwork as well as the banter that Uncle Bobby dishes out to his customers! It makes the experience one to remember (in a good way)! His wife is also the sweetest and brings you the service that you did not know that you needed!

I’m not usually one to go to food trucks, but couldn’t find a restaurant in the area that had what I wanted, so I opted to give Uncle Bobby’s a try… This one really blew me away! Best street tacos I ever had, especially for being gluten-free tortillas! Uncle Bobby’s is on my ‘must try’ list for anyone thinking about it.

Awesome food! We got the fish and chicken tacos. They were so good! Someone after us got the carne asada fries, they looked amazing! It’s near a barn with 7 really cute shops inside and a coffee stand. Can’t wait to go back! I wish we took picture to post on this review.
