Outstanding in house smash burgers. Meat cooked and seasoned very well. I had the Steakhouse made the way it’s originally supposed to be done. ACTUALLY THICK CUT BACON!!! Perfectly toasted brioche buns. Maybe cut down on the garlic aioli a tad bit. I should’ve added pickles or jalapeño for some acid to cut the richness. My wife had the same with veggies and her sauce on the side and she enjoyed it. My 5 year old smashed 2 single patties. The burgers are made to order; fries blazing hot! Well worth the price and quality.

On the evening of March 10, 2025, my noble parents and I set forth to taste the offerings of the Reilley’s restaurant group’s newest venture. My mother and father, wise and measured in their appetite, shared a single Smash Burger adorned with caramelized onions and pickles—a pairing fit for royalty. Meanwhile, I, ever the bold eater, tackled a double Smash Burger crowned with cheese, bacon, red onion, and pickles. Oh, what a feast!
Between the three of us, we did share a basket of tater tots and another of sweet potato fries, both cooked to crispy perfection. At each table, one finds a bounty of condiments: ketchup, mustard, Hellman’s mayonnaise, and salt and pepper, all at thy service. The food was “smashing!” indeed—a triumph of taste! Should your hunger be mighty, I recommend the double patty, though I myself would have relished the lighter fare of a single.
The establishment was immaculate, a testament to their dedication. The waitstaff, ever kind and friendly, added cheer to our repast. Our meal was attended to with care and warmth, making our experience most delightful.
Yet one small critique I humbly offer: let them consider adding more side dishes, such as a fine coleslaw, to grace their menu. Still, Uncle Billy’s Burger Joint stands as a beacon of culinary excellence, a place where one should surely return time and again.
So heed my call, good people, and make thy way to Uncle Billy’s Burger Joint! Feast upon their wares, and let thy taste buds rejoice! Huzzah!

Order at the counter. The burgers were just okay. Nothing spectacular-there are much better burgers on the island. The pricing on the menu didn’t match what we were charged. Wine listed at 8.00-happy hour 3-6pm for a $1.00 off beer and wine. Charged 10.00 (ordered at 5:53pm) Burgers were charged at $2.00 more each than what the menu pricing stated.

So here’s the deal. I love burgers with jalapenos on them, but when I ordered the
Mexicana burger I was not expecting the best burger I’ve had in LONG time. The guac was so flavourful, the meat was just right. Even the bun was perfection.
I don’t know what I was expecting, but it wasn’t a burger that tastes this good.

Just had the one of the best smash burgers at Uncle Billy’s! The patties were perfectly crispy on the edges, juicy in the middle, and packed with flavor. You can tell they know what they’re doing on the grill. The service was friendly, fast, and made us feel right at home. It was also awesome to chat with the owners of the CRAB restaurant group.
If you’re a burger lover, this spot is a must. Smash burger perfection and vibes to match.

I do not recommend ordering takeout from this place. We ordered some burgers and fries online which all sounded amazing and unique. But when we got there we couldn’t even find the place. It is inside some bar but there was no clear signs or directions anywhere to lead us in the right direction. We walked all the way around the parking lot and ended up having to ask someone to help us. Once we got our food we were severely disappointed. Our whole order was wrong, and every single burger was undercooked. Like totally pink. Half the toppings that were supposed to come on the burgers were not there. One burger didn’t have any sauce or cheese on it whatsoever and was incredibly bland. The fries were also barely seasoned and extremely bland. We would’ve been happier going to Mcdonald’s. Absolute waste of money.
