When you walk through the doors of Uncle Bear’s Grill & Tap, you become part of our family’s story, a tale told best through the adventures of Bear, our cherished lab mix, and the lives of those who line our walls. I went in on a lazy Sunday afternoon. The food was delicious I had the ribeye sliders comes with a side I chose the Frejoles, the sliders were delicious I just would get jalapeño next time. I had the house west coast IPA. It was good I also had a Church music everything was great and I enjoyed my time there.

Fish and Chips were really good! Wording on menu was a tad confusing with sides. Fish and chips usually means it come with fries. Then you get another side not including fries as the side it comes with. Loved all the dog photos! Service was phenomenal! She kept checking on us!

Been wanting to try Uncle Bear’s and managed to go this afternoon. It wasn’t crowded. It’s wheelchair and mobility scooter friendly. The staff was friendly. Our waitress, Ashley, was excellent. The food was excellent. Hubby ordered the steak fajitas. Said it was flavorful. I ordered the prime rib sliders with steak fries. Excellent. The chocolate chip cookie was delicious.

The turkey avocado melt is insanely delicious! So juicy and fresh. Large portions. I substituted grilled mushrooms in place of bacon and have no regrets. Very impressed with this place.

Food was great. I had a shaved prime rib sandwich with a horseradish aeole that was amazing. Onion rings seemed like they were had cut, sup, and fried in the kitchen fresh. I would recommend a try. Only disappointing thing was that the service was a little slow. I had to track down my waiter a couple times.

Went in for MNF Nov 3rd and throughly enjoyed the game (lots of tv’s), the food, and the beverages. Close to were we’re staying too. We will be back.

After weeks of driving by this location, my finance and I decided to stop in for dinner with our dog. Their open patio area was spacious and quiet when we were there so it was perfect for a relaxing meal. The service was prompt and very friendly and (most important to me) kept the drink refills coming without me needing to ask. I tried the mini chicken chimis which were ok, I think I’ll spring for a burger next time (which is what my finance got). Looking forward to our next visit!

We drive by here all the time and decided to stop in. Loved all the dogs on the walls but the vibe was eh. Staff was great at getting us seated and putting in our orders quickly but disappeared after. It wasn’t busy so idk where they went and we were left with empty water cups and no sauces for a bit. Food came super quickly tho! Maybe too quickly…
James liked his burger a lot (4 stars bc the sauces were uneven and he got a mouth full of just pb plus his overeasy egg was hard). The fries were room temp and a little soggy from oil but tasted good.
I wasn’t super hungry so I got a salad. And it was underwhelming with mushy bits. And yeah ThAtS whAt YoU gEt wHen YoU orDer a SaLad frOm a BurGer pLaCe but also, why are you as a restaurant charging $17 for a plate and putting out bad food? Don’t even put it on the menu if it’s bad? Idc if they had sushi on the menu as long as it was good. Like if you can’t make it well, don’t put it on the menu. It was just lettuce, 3 oily tortilla chips, and a few sparse bell peppers (got the veggie burger instead of chicken and wished I just got a bowl of lettuce and ranch tbh). Had to pick through the salad to remove slimy bits and the veg burger (boo me I know) was pasty and dry and unseasoned.
SO. I’d go back but only for the beer and James would go back but it’s not his first pick.

Long story short, my Boyfriend and I went there on our first date. Had an amazing time, amazing service. Even remember our waitress’s name Cadence. We joked with her saying we were going to get married and even wrote a wedding invite on a napkin for her. I am pretty sure she would remember us. So tonight we decided to go back and relive our amazing experience. Super excited to go but ended up leaving VERY UPSET. Our waitress tonight was Cherish. Cadence had the night off. Cherish was good as well!!! However, the food came out, my boyfriend ordered the chicken teriyaki taco. I have NEVER heard him complain about food. This was a first. So he went and told someone, they said they would get the manager. He definitely was not the manager we met the first night we were there. He definitely needs some training in customer service skills. My boyfriend first started with apologizing for about what he was to say… Then told him about how bad the taco’s were. Not once an apology just agreed with my boyfriend about the taco’s and just asked if he wanted someone else or if his appetite was ruined. Still no apology nothing. My boyfriend mentioned about comping our other items. Which was a drink, a cup of soup and side of onion rings. His answer was nope, Iam not going to do that. And offered him a drink. Still no apology. Needless to say due to the lack of management style/customer service/food we will not be back. Now as I write this Iam dealing with my mad and upset boyfriend for the rest of the night. He is still talking about how upset he is with that manager and how uncaring about his customers.
