When you walk through the doors of Uncle Bear’s Grill & Tap, you become part of our family’s story, a tale told best through the adventures of Bear, our cherished lab mix, and the lives of those who line our walls. Friends had been there and liked so we joined them. Arrived about 5:30 pm on a Saturday. Tables were about 1/2 full taken. A good many dogs n people and they sat outside mostly. No issues with barking (from either) or taking up to much space. 1 dog spued on the sidewalk and u had to tiptoe around the chunks..lol. Nice big tables, garage doors that open onto the side walk eating area, etc. Great parking, nice building and decor. Food was pretty quick, good and plentiful. Everyone was happy with their meals. I had the open face skillet burger. It was good but I got tired of all the cheese. The mushroom burger n battered fries were excellent. About 20 bucks each. Friendly staff.

We got the prime rib sliders and the angus sliders. They were fantastic very plentiful steak fries. The salad was nice and cold and tasted very fresh. The cucumbers were very crisp. The wheat orange beer hit the spot. My only complaint was pricing was high

This spot is super fun especially if you love dogs, with great food, friendly service and an awesome beer selection. I tried the pastrami burger and it was huge and delicius. Definitely a place I will come back to.

Props to the head chef, cooks, and entire staff!!! Just recently had dessert there upon the kitchen shutting down, ordered some cheesecake where we were surprised by the chocolate artwork drizzled delicately on the plate around the 2-pieces. A pleasant surprise all around. Spoke with the artist and the chef to commend them on their above and beyond service; however, the entire staff there always has been great. Thank you!!!

Honestly the best bar & grill I’ve ever been to. recommended by an associate. The bartender/waitresses/ cooks are all amazing and they definitely know how to make a drink so if you’re a girly like me who likes mixed drinks, ones you can taste and feel the alcohol lol, this is the place for you! Every experience here has been a 10/10, I’ve come here maybe 3 times so far and ill definitely be back!
Oh and make sure to try the tostada nachos chicken/steak, recommended by one of the bartenders(didnt get her name) also 10/10.

Don’t get me wrong food was great, atmosphere was dog themed sports bar. Super loud, super busy. Great service, just loud.
Not a great place for 1st date, or out with family unless you’re ok with not hearing parts of the conversation.
Btw we went on a Tuesday night. Free chips & salsa to 1st timers.
Might be a cool place for lunch. They do have a small outdoor patio.

The beer selection is great. That is my number one priority. Dog friendly patio #2,

Stopped by Uncle Bear’s after a hike at Lost Dutchman State Park. We went with two families and a few toddlers.
Beers: they’re were decent. We tried two different beers, and both were just okay. I tried the Mexican lager and an IPA. Both were drinkable— but I wasn’t going out of my way to take any home.
Food: Sadly, I will say that this was the source of the most disappointment from our visit. My kiddo’s chicken tender were over-microwaved that the breading was impossible for him to bite through, someone else in our party ordered mozz sticks, and thy were undercooked (of under warmed), and fries were lukewarm. I ordered tostada nachos, which is a lovely presentation; however they arrived room temp and a bit lacking on the toppings.
Service: service was certainly on the sloooower side— which can be a bit stressful when little ones are involved in your dining experience. However, our server was great. She was warm, helpful and attentive.

We went there to watch a football game. They have a lot of TV screen so it was a great place for that. Once we ordered we didn’t have to wait long for the food and it was delicious. My only complaint is that once they seated us it took at least 10 minutes before any waitress ever came to our table to take our drink order.
