Fantastic food and friendly helpful service. Authentic flavors and fresh ingredients make the dishes very tasty. Asada burrito is enough to feed 2. Street tacos allow an easy way to try the different meats. Fresh chunky guacamole was the star of the show for us. Cash only but there is an ATM on site. Several tables available inside as well as bar and pool table. They also offer drive thru service and kitchen is open late. Give this place a try!

BEST GUACAMOLE EVER!!
This place reminds me of a little local home cafe I visited in Cozumel. They don’t accept credit cards, only CASH. Great margaritas, good selection of beers, Simple menu, authentic. Only 6 or so entrees (written up there next to the bar on the chalk board) with your choice of 5 or 6 different meats. Beans and rice on the side, everything freshly made… Servings are generous…. did I mention the guacamole?! Tacos are street style!!! meat is deliciously seasoned- my ABSOLUTE fave is the chicken! Service is polite and friendly, cozy atmosphere. Sometimes they have live music featuring local Hispanic musicians. For now only open Thurs-Fri-Sat evenings and Tue for lunch carry out.

Best Mexican food in the area! Love the steak burrito and a classic margarita! The chicken burrito is a bit spicy and has good flavor. You might have to go up to the bar to order food.

The best Mexican food I’ve ever eaten in Iowa. A little pricey and a limited menu but you get a ton of food for what you pay and what they serve is fresh and incredible. A must for anyone who likes a great Mexican style meal.

Delicious! Amazing guac, do not miss it! The buritto is huge. Carne asada is so tasty. Great salsas too. Don’t forget they are cash only though.
