Decent, but overpriced.
I have gotten to cookie dough here twice and it’s alright. The cookie dough pieces are a bit too small and gritty for my liking. I also think it’s a tad overpriced, though if I liked the ice cream more, maybe the price would feel more justified.
Props to the parlor itself being really cute. I love the abundance of cozy indoor and outdoor seating.
Overall, I’d shop around more before coming back. Hopefully they rotate the flavors too because I didn’t see any other flavors I would try.

The ice cream here was pretty good, but it wasn’t anything special. I ordered a scoop of the creamsicle flavor. The ice cream was fairly thick, and was very sweet, which I enjoyed quite a lot, however there was a weird piece of paper or something in it, that really threw me off guard. Nonetheless, I enjoyed and finished my ice cream in the very well decorated and inviting dining area. The building was very cool, and very clean. It was decorated in a very fun and inviting manner, and smelled deliciously of waffle cones and sugar! They also have a really cool outdoor dining area 🙂

Ice cream was yummy! The highlight of this place was really the excellent customer service. Staff were super friendly, helped out when someone accidentally took one of our milkshakes thinking it was their own, and took care of a cricket that wouldn’t leave our table alone. 5 stars for UMMM Ice Cream Parlor.

Visited Umms for the first time this summer and was pretty disappointed. First thought when I walked in was that it was pretty warm inside which is odd considering it’s an ice cream shop. My daughter ordered cookie dough ice cream with Oreo and Reese’s pieces toppings, and this is what she got: ice cream SOUP! I asked the worker if the cookie dough was hard ice cream and she replied yes. I then asked why her ice cream looked like a milkshake. Her reply: “because it’s hot in here”. Unacceptable. Will not visit this establishment again.
