This hand down is the best sushi restaurant in vegas. The all you can eat price is super reasonable. I always feel like I get my money’s worth!
The salmon belly nigiri, the salmon lovers roll, and the Yellowtail Carpaccio are my favorites, but everything is so good. And they don’t over do it on the rice portions with the nigiri, so you don’t JUST fill up on rice.
I come here every time I visit Vegas. If you want some bomb sushi and you want a lot of it, go to Umiya!

We went to their late night special from 9pm to close for $21. The wait was maybe 15-20 min max during the week, I’m sure it would be a little longer if it was on the weekend.
The sushi was great, all the apps were pretty good. We had a “limited menu” but honestly everything we had was amazing. I’m sure the full menu is just as great and worth it.
Next time we’re definitely just doing half rolls to be able to try more.
If eating late at night is your thing I’d definitely go again.
(I hate eating late, but I made an exception for this)

Amazing. I was impressed with the speed of service and the quality of the food. The staff is attentive. This is a must try. I order as soon as I sat down and the food was out in less than a minute.

The late night all u can eat Ayce sushi $21.95 at Umiya is legit!!
We came around 10pm and 80% of seats were full which was a good sign. We were quickly greeted and seated. What we ordered were as follows.
Miso soup
Tempura noodle
Spicy Scallop roll
Smoked salmon
Seafood Dynamite
Salmon belly
Yum yum crab
Tina poke
Baked oyster
Chicken katsu
Pork belly (this one is average)
Bugulgi fries
Snow white roll
Flamingo roll
Kiss of fire

Service is great and dishes were served quickly. (Sometimes they were busy so you have to let them know you are ready to order.)
At night, the restaurant is a little bit dark so I have to look at the menu very closely.
You can get a free Thai tea (valued $5) after you leave a review on Yelp. I don’t leave whatever reviews for just a complimentary drink so I waited until my husband and I finished all orders. I wrote this review and gave 5 stars since I really enjoyed it.
There is a 60 min limitation so I will recommend to come earlier as you can. Overall, we enjoyed Umiya and will definitely come back.

I think Umiya has the best quality fish of all the ayce sushi I’ve had in Vegas. I think the seared sushi here is not the greatest though. I prefer the seared sushi at It’s Sushi. The uni at Umiya is better though. Plus, there’s more options Umiya. Try the banana brule for dessert! It was incredible.

I came here for their late night special and was honestly blown away! The price was super affordable, especially for all-you-can-eat sushi, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Every piece of sushi tasted fresh, and the rolls were packed with flavor and beautifully made.
