Wow!!!! The food is absolutely incredible. I think this is the best sushi I have had in the U.S. We had all you can eat, which is well worth it. Everything we ordered was amazing and so flavorful. The ambiance is awesome. Not too loud and really neat. The service was fantastic and our server was on top of it. Kudos to Kaitlyn!!

Everything started out great, but unfortunately the experience quickly went downhill. We waited over 30 minutes for one roll and six pieces of nigiri. It really seemed like our server may have forgotten to put in our order. Mistakes happen — I completely understand that — but what was disappointing was that no one acknowledged or apologized for the delay.
After we placed our order, our original server never checked back in with us. Another server eventually came over and asked if we were finished. I explained that we had ordered nearly 30 minutes earlier and still hadn’t received our food. She hurried off to speak with our original server, but the first server never came by to apologize or explain the situation. About 10 minutes later, our food finally arrived. By that time, our original server had already left for the day without saying a word to us.
To make matters more frustrating, she had spent about 15 minutes chatting with what appeared to be regular customers before leaving. That tables — along with another table seated after us — all received their food before we did, despite ordering later.
Once we finally got our rolls, I asked the new server whether that kind of wait time was typical or if our order had been overlooked. She told me it had been put in 22 minutes earlier and that there were many orders ahead of ours, which didn’t seem accurate given that when we ordered, two of the other tables had not even been sat yet. We decided to order one more roll, expecting another long wait, but it arrived in under 10 minutes. At that point, it felt clear that our initial order had likely been delayed or forgotten.
I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt the owner should be aware. I worked in the service industry for about 10 years as both a server and bartender, so I absolutely understand the importance of taking care of regulars. However, all guests should receive attentive and respectful service, and an apology for such a long wait would have gone a long way.

Umi Sushi has been wonderful the times I have been there. I went with my coworkers on two separate occasions. The waitress was nice and the cooks, cook delicious food! When I first went with Josiah, I had Chicken Katsu and Steamed and Fried Dumplings. Then the second time I went with Ken (Former Denver Broncos) I had Boneless Short Rib Bowl. I definitely recommend (Umi Sushi) to all my family and friends! Don’t miss out!
Took my girlfriend for the first time to Umi Sushi. We had the Crazy Boy Roll & Crazy Girl Roll which was fantastic!!! We also tried their new dessert, Tempura Cheesecake & Hotteok w/Green Tea Ice Cream. Drinks I had was House Sake & Purple Haze Sake and she had Red Cabernet. If you haven’t been yet, I don’t know what you’re waiting for. The owners are wonderful people.

First time eating from here! We ordered DoorDash but before the food arrived we got a call from a very apologetic staff that they accidentally sent two boxes of rolls instead of a box of rolls and a box of nigiri. They sent out their own driver to deliver the missing part of the meal and we appreciated how quickly things were taken care of. Food was great! The rolls and nigiri were pretty and delicious. Will definitely be coming back

What in the world?! This is American sushi. We got take out and it took 30 mins. Didn’t even taste fresh. The rolls are giant and weird. 95% crab mixture, barely anything else. Got home with no soy sauce in the bag at all.

Service was incredibly incredibly slow. For all you can eat with a 90 minute limit you shouldn’t have to wait forever. Even for things like soup which can be quickly scooped. Our stomachs started bubbling before the last roll came out. We had to stop at the store on the way home for the bathroom and we are all home sick today. The only person not sick is the one who had no fish. Could be a coincidence but we will never be back.

Reasonably priced All you can eat sushi. Food was great and fresh. Only thing is that everyone in the party must do all you can eat, including the kids. Other than that, it was excellent.

Exceptional staff! Very friendly and professional. The rolls were unique. I was surprised they didn’t have vegetable tempura though. Still a fantastic place for sushi. They have some of the more rare delicacies like mungfish liver (good if you like liver) and sea urchin (i don’t like it but my bf loves it).

Ordered 3 rolls (tiger, catapiller, summer)and a bulgolgi bowl for pick up. All were delicious. The online order system glitched so it only told them to make two of the rolls (but I was charged for all three). I didn’t notice till I got home…I called them, but their system doesn’t let them do partial refunds, so the owner himself personally delivered the missing role to my house. He was SO nice. These people REALLY care about the customer experience. We’ll definitely be back
