An absolutely amazing experience at Umi Sushi! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Everything about this place is exceptional. The sushi is incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. Every bite tastes authentic and high quality. You can really tell they care about the ingredients and presentation.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are genuinely friendly and attentive. They make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.
A special mention to the owner, who is fantastic, and his wife, who is even more wonderful. Their kindness, hospitality, and passion for what they do truly make this restaurant special.
Another thing I truly appreciate is how flexible and attentive they are to their customers’ needs. Even if there is something you don’t eat, they are happy to adjust the sushi according to your preferences. Whether you are vegetarian, have a food allergy, or simply have specific choices, they will do their best to make it exactly the way you like. That level of care really makes a difference.

Umi shusi Ajaccio. Ce restaurant a su me conquérir avec ses sushis et makis frais et ses plats savoureux, préparés avec soin par des chefs talentueux. L’accueil est chaleureux et le service impeccable. ! Chaque visite est une explosion de saveurs. Recommandé à 100% !
