The sushi is always absolutely delicious and incredibly fresh — just wow!
You can really taste the quality of the ingredients.

I barely ever leave reviews unless the service was outstanding. Let me tell you, this is my new go to delivery place for me and my family. Not only did they deliver so quickly, but the food is absolutely Delicious! Me, my kids and my hubby all love their food so much! My kids are picky with their chicken, and they said they don’t ever want to order from another place other than Umi’s for chicken wings and fries. Absolutely delicious!

I ordered on grub hub, delivery was really fast. I got the American dream roll which was very good. I asked for the bubble tea to have no added sugar and no ice but it was delivered the opposite. The boba are stale and hard. The California roll I spit out as soon as I bit into it. And had to throw out the whole roll. The imitation crab was BAD and warm. The whole roll was warm. California roll is normally cold. I will not order again. Also ordering on grub hub adds so many fees it costed me $40 for 1 special roll and 1 California and bubble tea. Ridiculous.

Rolls are always fresh and nicely presented, especially their rainbow roll. Bubble tea is ways flavorful and never has a watered down taste to it. Favorite spot to get bubble tea overall.

Food sensitivities need to be stated UPFRONT. Pls Note: Was told that almost everything has ‘a little bit of flour’ on it, except for the tofu. So for the GF crew, be mindful.

Umi in Bayonne!! Amazing food!! Highly recommend. Their whole menu is good with affordable prices. I am a sushi and basically all Asian cuisine fanatic so i am always looking for new spots and Umi did not disappoint. They also have very good bubble tea. Passion fruit and Mango black tea are my favorite. Very nice staff too.
