First and last.. and why? Because every waitress demand you to tip or beg you to tip and force you to tip. They do not have the right to force you to tip. You can tip how much or whatever you want but they will maddog at you. The food wasnt that good anyway.. dont waste your time come here. I recommend go eat at royal buffet is alots better

I called before i came and asked if i came at 9pm which is 1 hour before close, if we would be able to be seated and eat we were told yes. We got there 10 minutes before 9 and they told us they aren’t accepting anymore customers! We Called before to make sure we would be able to eat because it was an hour drive and they told us yes so it was very frustrating and irritating we couldn’t eat. I understand being to busy before close to take customers but we called before and were told a complete lie and this was a horrible look for the company. Was looking forward to trying this place!!

My family & I came for dinner this evening, arrived at 6pm and waited until about 7:30 to be seated. The line/crowd was massive as in out the door. Check-in was fairly simple once we figured out there was a kiosk to the left, where you put your name/phone number in. Food was definitely of a higher quality though. Surf clams, abalone, snails, clams, lobster, crab, shrimp, etc. A seafood lover’s dream! The only thing they lacked were raw oysters, which are my daughter’s favorite. Sushi/sashimi was fresh & tasty. We also did their hot pot, with pot of spicy broth & mushroom broth for my kids. The shrimp were huge, which was great because my favorite hot pot item is the shrimp. I personally didn’t get to complete an entire round of the sushi bar, and other hot food items, because people who were still waiting for a table were leaning up against the sushi bar blocking everything. Some people moved, as they saw me trying to maneuver through, while others turned a blind eye and stood in the way. Super annoying. My mom had to skip the sushi and walk through the crowd with plates in hand because she lost me in the crowd. Bathrooms are modern and clean, but toilet paper was little to none in quite a few stalls. Other than those setbacks, staff were nice & prompt with service. There was a cooler full of teas & juices up for grabs, and a variety of desserts/ice cream. Was it a long wait? YES. Was it crowded? YES. But it was opening weekend, so it was to be expected. I would definitely come back to try this place again, maybe in a month or so after the initial hype dies down. My family loves a good buffet, and Niles is definitely much closer for us. If you love AYCE and seafood, I highly recommend!

Seafood and crab is very good. Worth the price for all you can eat. Hotpot is authentic Chinese flavor. Highly recommend.

For the amount of food we ate, the price was definitely worth it. I came for their grand opening and the staff was very kind and helpful. The restaurant itself is decorated very nice and aesthetically. And the food was amazing. Overall, a wonderful experience. I would come again.

Sushi wasn’t that fresh and most of the seafood was overcooked. The servers also spilled food/sauce on both of our jackets while trying to clean our plates. Told the server and complained but they did nothing.
